Providing Laying of the rising main in the excavated trenches rocky surface and open as per site condition, levelling cutting laying the MS Pipe circumferential welding of pipes 80 mm dia pipe 7mm thick with one root layer and two additional layers with 3.14mm and 4mm JS marked M.S Welding rods to fill the grooves between the pipes welding to be done by special skilled workman handling of pipes with proper tools/ tackles employing semi- skilled workman. Tools, tackles can be tripod stand chain pulley blocks for raising and lowering of pipes and for proper workability proper alignment and edges. Level matching, initial tack welding and final welding to be a perfect circumferential butt-welded joint removal of slag before a new layer is put in place and afterward. Defects in welds to be rectified by filling of cavities etc. negotiating and fabrication of bends required as per site condition along the alignment of the raising main. The deviation/ bend is to be fabricated from available MS Pipe of 80 mm dia the complete job includes cost of welding rods, gas for cutting and charge of equipment tools, tackles skilled/semi-skilled labour charge at site.
