Provision of Apron flood lighting, perimeter Security lighting, Boom Barrier and allied works etc at Agra Airport

Design, supply, erection and commissioing of High mast flood lighting system of 20 mtr nominal height, suitable for wind velocity of 47m/s as per IS-875, with hot dip galvanized mast, having 2 sections and material of construction of S355 grade as per BS EN 10025 (with base plate welded to the bottom sections), complete with luminaires carriage, luminares as per lighting design to meet ICAO standards, head frame, steel wire rope, non corrosive pulley, control gear boxes, electric driven integral power tool, power & control cables etc. as required along with the following, complete as required as per technical specifications including making of necessary foundation as per site conditions and manufacturer's recommenation. a) Luminaires carriage to hold all required LED light fittings for meeting lux requirement in apron area plus two additional light fittings for redundancy including all accessories, counter weights and self balance as required etc. b) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly with self-fabricating bearing and stainless steel shaft, non-corrosive, pulley & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6 mm dia 316 Grade SS hoisting (7/19 construction) etc. completes with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation and with manual operation provision.

Supply and installation of 500 W LED flood light luminares in powder coated single piece die cast aluminium housing with heat sink and heat resistant glass cover etc with all accessories for above mentioned high masts operating on 240VAC + 10%, 50Hz supply. The luminaries shall have Lumen efficacy of LED >110 lm/W, IP66 rating etc complete as required & as per technical specifications.

Design, manufacturer and supply of 6 mtrs. long tubular GI pole (class-A), 65mm dia with base plate of size 220x220x12mm welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as reqd, suitable for installation on a precast foundation with supply of 4 nos. of foundation bolt (M16x450 mm long "J" type bolt, EN 8 grade) & anchor plate for structural stability as specified

Supply of GI double pole arm bracket, with each arm of 40mm nominal dia, min 1000mm long overhang with clamps suitable to mount on GI pole as above for fixing street LED fitting complete as required.

Supply of GI single pole arm, 50mm dia, 2250mm long with bend of requried shape, with clamps suitable to mount on wall for fixing street LED fitting complete as required

Supply of IP55 rated SMC box of min. size 300mm x 200 mm x 100mm including providing and fixing 1 no. 10 amp DP MCB and 4way Terminal block connector suitable for cable termination upto 25sqmm, complete as required.

Supply and fixing of GI pipe (class-A) 65mm nominal dia of required length on wall/pole with suitable MS clamps etc complete as required.

Erection, testing and commissioning of street light pole with height 6 mtr & double pole arm bracket with all accessories/clamps including installation of LED light & its connection from connector of pole/Junction box to fitting by 3C X 1.5 sqmm cable, casting of M-25 grade cement concrete foundation of size 500mm x 500mm x 750 mm including excavation of pit of required size, allignment of anchor plate, foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate),i/c providing and fixing of 02 nos. of DWC pipe of size 40 mm OD conforming to IS-16205, part-24 in the foundation for loop-in-loop-out cables to the pole complete as required and as specified.

Fixing of pole arm on wall with clamps and installing LED fittings on the same complete with electrical connection by 3Cx1.5sqmm cable between Junction box and LED light.
