Installation charges inclusive of Transportation to site and the bored pile equipment employed for the works including setting up of pile driving equipment with all accessories and tools at each of the pile location based on the sequence of opearation approved by the departmental Engineers irrespective of the location and distance involved in movement of pile driving equipment etc., complete.

Installation of Vertical Bored cast in situ RCC piles in all types of soils, using Standardised Concrete Mix M30 grade, with sulphate resistant Cement, fine aggregate, 20mm and down graded HBGS jelly coares aggregate. The rate includes cost of reinforcing steel, binding wire, fabrication, welding charges, placing of reinforcement cage in bore hole in correct position, cost of boring to the required depth with Bentonite solution with temprory casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremine pipes, conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants, shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another, excavtion of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite soultion, closing the mud pits to original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismanteling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concrete cubes to be tested as per IS 456-2000. Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1.

Frequency of testing as per 15.2.2. Testing to be conducted at both the ends at site as well as RMC plant. Pile driving depth should be decided by the departmental officers at site. The length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of the pile cap.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. Cladding the vertical wall surface with pre polished ruby red granite slab of size 1200x600 of 18 to 20mm thick of approved colour and best quality free from all defects set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two sand) 10mm thick. The joint shall flush with face or granite slab and in line. The joints shall be pointed with same color pigments mixed with white cement of 1.8 kg/sq.m. The slabs so laid shall be supported with suitable arrangements for a period of 2 hours after laying to avoid falling granite slabs by its self weight after laying its position. Supplying and fixing C. W. Frames for DOORS WINDOWS VENTILATORS and other similar joinery works with the following sizes and sections including labour charges for wrought and put up in position and also for fixing hold fast in frames and masonry etc complete in all floors. Upto 4m Length.

Manufacturing and supplying of 35mm thick solid core block board flush single/double leaves shutters with teakwood ply veneering on both sides hot pressed bonded with liquid phenol formaldehyde resins and external lipping by TW around rebate cutting etc as per IS 2002 part I of 1991 including TW lipping of size 35 x 12 mm including labour charges for fixing all furniture fittings and specials. The flushshutters should be ISI specification and got approved by the Departmental officer before fixing. Supplying and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mmX50mm. The Inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55, and Buld Density 750Kg/cub.Mt. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10X10mm long MS screw throught the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos screww to be provided for each vertical members,Door shutter of 25mm thick Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single core Extruded Door Shutter, with one side digital printing of Specified Design which is approved by engineer-In-Charge. Both side of the shutter shall have rough sugar texture finish, aminated with UV oil. The solid WPC board shall have minimum shore hardness of 55 and Bulk density 550Kg/Cub.Mt moulding the thickness remains 25mm(+/-1mm) etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Steel doors with following specification. MS angle of size 40x40x6mm at 3.5 kg/m used for outer frame and MS Angle of size 35x35x5mm at 2.6 Kg/m for the shutter frame. Stiffeners with 32x6mm at 1.5 Kg/m MS Flat is provided as the lock rail of the door and welded intact on both ends to the shutter frame. 18 G CR Sheets of best quality is laid as panel in the shutter frames. 18x5mm at 0.70 kg/m MS flat is welded over the 32x6mm at 1.50kg/m MS Flat on the rear side of the door, sandwitching the CR Sheet for rigidity. Additional stiffeners with 18x5mm at 0.7 Kg/m MS flats are provided diagonally on the rear side of the shutter. 300mm length of hinges 2 Nos, for shutter is provided. 6 Nos. of 250mm length hold fasts 200mm length specified at the ends are welded to the outer frame of the door. Tower bolt 2 Nos. at the top provided.

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, sect protectivenges, stng locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supply and fixing of UPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyyl Chloride) Louvered ventilaters made of upvc profile section of size 74x60x56mm having outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (+/-0.3mm) with 3 box multi chamber hollow construction and provided with galvanized steel reinforecement at where ever required size of 35x35mm.The shutter of openable window shall be made of size 78x60x40mm having outer wall thickness of 2.30mm(+/-0.3mm) and provided with galvanished steel reinforcement at where ever required of size 25.5x36mm and the fixed mullion of size 72x60x36mm having outer wall thickness of 2.30mm(+/-0.3mm) and provided with galvanized steel reinforcement at where ever required size of 35x17mm. All sections of frames, sash, and mullion shall be reinforced with galvanished mild steel section having wall thickness of 1mm. All the corners / mullion, joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joints. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved nip finish so as to make the finished products free from all sharp edges. The window frame and shutter shall have water drainage holes to drain the water with cap.

The shutter will be provided with suitable upvc beads of size 34x18mm for glazing for the specified / required glass (single), duly cut at correct degree & fitted with necessary K and O type EPDM weather sealed gaskets. Windows has to be provided with variaty of security device like multi point lock system friction stay and powder coated handles as per the requirement, complaint with relevant specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The complete window shall be fixed into the prefinished opened places, by drilling & fixing through the outer frame using high quality fasteners & silicon sealant is applied to fill up the gap between wall & window frame for leak proof installation, and completion as per the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including cutting the members, welding, grinding, one coat of priming coat using best approved quality red oxide primer, dismantling of walls / concrete if necessary, fixing and finishing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing & Fixing Staircase hand rail for staircase made out of 50.80mm dia stainless steel tube of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 1000mm from finished floor level, welded to 38.10mm dia S.S.tube post of 1.60mm thick as vertical at 1m centre to centre with 3 nos of 25.40 mm dia horizontal S.S.tubes of 1.60mm thick in between as per details shown in the drawing and as directed. Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, mixing, laying polymer based water proofing treatment for the sunken toilet by applying cement based, flexible,water proofing compound confirming to IS:2645,to a thickness of 1mm of the prepared surface of the roof slab/floor slab as per specifications mentioned above providing cement mortar 1:3, water proofing over plaster to a thickness of 12mm over the membrane coating with admixture of approved make. Rate inclusive of preparation of surface,which includes cleaning of surface polymer mortar curing,labour,tools and equipment,etc., Rate inclusive of cement and sand required for the treatement, the cost and labour charges for fixing 25mm dia pressure pipes 15kg/cm2 to a length of 45 cm for drip pipes etc., complete.

supplying and applying water proofing treatment with membrane type water proofing methods using polymer modified bituminus membrane of maxipro/ polyglass of equivalent make made using atactic poly propolene ( APP ) based with UV resistant, ground chemical resistant, high melting points, flexible and high adhesive strength. the membrane should have 4mm thick and 5.50 kg/sqm weight. the membrane shall be reinforced with non woven polyster reinforcement of minimum 180 gm/ sqm having tensile strength 850 N/ 5cm (L) and 575N/ 5cm (T) including coating with compatiable primer of bituminous base and torch application with overlap of 100mm wherever required. the membrane surface shall be protected with granules. the reinforcement provided shall be able to withstand the traffic flow density after construction and shall carry a minimum guarantee period of 10 years. the rate inclusive cost of membrane including primer and labour charges for laying by loose torching on full surface or at overlap based onsite condition etc., complete.

Painting the wall with Texture Finish Paint including labour charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. Supply, erection, testing, commissioning and handing over of 1No 125 KVA Diesel Generator set of 0.8 P.F. Three Phase 415/420 Volts, 50 C/S, 1500 RPM as detailed below.

ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL MOUNTED Engine control panel consisting of ON /OFF /START Key Lube oil pressure gauge, Oil Temp gauge, High water temperature gauge and electronic hour meter and RPM indicator. SAFETY SYSTEM OF ENGINE: The Engine shall trip for the following conditions with visual alarm device. 1. Low Lubricating Oil pressure High Water temperature Vee-belt failure and over speed, The visual indicator should also be provide for low battery indication.The Engine should be capable of providing 10% over load for one hour for every 11 hours continuous running at full load 2. NOTE: 1. The control panel should be complete with necessary fuses, cables, labels, other accessories with isolation arrangements. 2. The engine should trip for the following conditions a. Low Lubricating Oil pressure b. High water temperature c. Over speed 4.ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and Fabricated of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC Machines to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1 mm. Powder coating done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE RETARDANT 64Kg/m density Mineral wool of 100mm Thickness as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The average sound level at 1Mt. distance shall be as per latest CPCB norms.

Surface Treatment – Painting: The enclosure surface shall be suitably treated for degreasing de-rusting and posphating. The canopies are passed through seven- tank treatment thoroughly. Additional features of Canopies: Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional Accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/ structures are used in canopies so as to be sturdy steadiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any. World class Cooling Package: 35. Canopies shall have Cooling package for which it can also perform at 45˚ deg C/ ambient temperature No grouting required on the ground only a level surface capable of withstanding the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic Enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG Set. The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading.

Temperature rise inside the canopy Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well within 5-7 deg centigrade as per the latest norms. 5.FUEL TANK: 230 Ltrs. Removable fuel tanks shall be fabricated out of 14SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duty painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for clearing or any maintenance. 6.BASE FRAME:Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall be provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of generator set includes loading unloading and transportation charges.

7.BATTERY: 2Nos 12V 180AHR Battery. 1. Preparation of site plant physical layout electrical line schematic diagram in 10sets, getting drawing approval from CEIG preparation completion report, rectification report and arranging CEIG inspection and obtaining CEIG safety certificate preparation of 2sets of approved drawing and a copy of safety certificate in a neat frame work to be fixed in generator room and payment of CEIG inspection fees for 125 KVA Genset.

Erection of Generator set: Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of the Generator set with suitable concrete foundation with cement concrete 1:2:4 with sand cushion all around the foundation erection of 125 KVA Generator set over the foundation and with proper alignment over the existing foundation and with proper alignment over the existing Foundation to suit 125 KVA Gen set. Including supply and fixing of ‘Dunlop’ make anti vibration mounts to the Generator set with initial supply of diesel.

Supply and installation of exhaust piping of sufficient length with suitable MS pipes so as to extend outside the generator room with necessary thermal insulation.

Preparation of Electrical Drawing and submitting the diagram, inspection fees for electrical inspectorate and getting CEIG approval with safety certificate.

Supplpy and erection of lightning arrestor/conductor made up of 2.5" dia electrolitic copper ball with 5 Nos. Spikes each 5" long 1" dia copper ROD of 1" thick 4' Long with suitbale base to be fixed on suitbale supporting structure with necessary heavy duty clamping arrangements n top wall supporter with mansonry pedestal to withstand wind pressure.

Supply and run of 50mm x 6mm GI Flat Down Conductor with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection

Supply and fixing of Epoxy Insulator suitbale for lightning conducor with bolts and nuts.

Supply and providing of Plate Earth electrode with 3mts of Class ' B ' GI pipe 40 mm and 3mm thick of copper plate of size 24" x 24" x 3 mm riveted to the pipe at one end and providing a funnel at the top end with 2runs of 25mm x 3mm copper flat from the copper plate to the top of the electrode and embedding the above electrode in a pit to be excavated at a depth of 3mt and of size 60cm x 60cm and filling up the pit with charcoal, salt, sand.

Supply and fixing of 7 segment 4 way TPN MCB sheet steel distribution board (Higher end) with metal / acrylic door cover flush type /surface type fitted with busbars and neutral links with single / three phase MCB outgoings and seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole incoming MCB / Isolator and another seperate 4 way provision for accomodating one no. 4 pole ELCB / RCD (totally 8 ways in one segment) (3x 4 ways in each segment) and seperate provision for MCB / Isolators ( totally 12 nos.) for sub incomers in 3 segments with lable holder and provison for taking up cable for size not less than 35 sq.mm. with the following in flush wall with earth connection only
