Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement Mortar (1:4) on the external surfaces fair faces of brick work/concrete and finished the surface even and smooth using water proofing compound (wpc) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement Mortar (1:3) on the surfaces of ceiliing/ chajjas and all concrete surfaces exposed to view using water proofing compound (wpc) as per manufacturer instruction and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint(1st quality)/plastic emulsion paint on walls, chajjas,facia by mechanical applicator of any height of bldigs etc , including preparing of old surfaces with brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and as directed .(Weather coat shall be of Asian paint, Apex ,ultima or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall of any height of bldigs by brooming down with wire brushing, stoping and applying two coats of exterior weather coat/ plastic emulsion under one coat of primer by mechanical applicator, complete all as specified and as directed.(Weather coat shall be of Asian paint, Apex ,ultima or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L for preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and also to remove all loose scale of lime/colour wash, including removing nails making good holes, cracks patches only and applying two coat of white wash (lime) on walls including cornices plastered or un-plastered old decorated surface complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall/ ceiling rubbing,watering etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar beding layer all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm as in floor etc, with and including over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 7 mm over 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4); set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken surface of floor slab/skirting/ dome in following sequence:- (a) M & L laying plain cement concrete padding 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) with integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified & directed.

(b) floor / vertical skirting side plaster in CM 1:3, 15mm thick with and including using " Pidicrete URP" manufactured by Dr Fixit as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

(c) Applications of two coats of proof coat black manufactured by Dr Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturers instructions all over and testing for water tightness by ponding of water for 72 Hrs, complete all as specified & directed.

(d) M&L for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (40mm graded brick aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints fixed on walls excluding clamps fixed to wall properly including fixing of pipe with PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays of 75mm borer of pipe Including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof, complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays of 100mm borer of pipe Including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantalling of existing water tanks and removinging to store and S&F 1000 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical closed top) hoisted and fixed in positions all as specified in SSR Part-I,including 20 mm dia of ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod &highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantalling of existing water tanks and removinging to store and S&F 500 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical closed top) hoisted and fixed in positions all as specified in SSR Part-I,including 20 mm dia of ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod &highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface of steel and iron work(of any description) over 10mm width or girth not other wise described and applying one coats coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Removing all existing old treatment over RCC roof or Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Brushing net cement slurry @ 3 Kg / Sqm on roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm th plaster fair finished using cement mortar 1:4 with WPC (as per manufacturer instruction) on roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

M & L oil based bitumen primer @ 0.3 L/Sqm on plaster surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L APP membrane 3mm th min wt 3kg/Sqm for water prooping of roof sealing with 100mm over lap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 2 coats of alumunium paint over bituminous surface of membrane complete all as specified and directed.
