(ii) The load will be arranged by the contractor for testing of load of crane and the rate quoted deemed to be included the same. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.(Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left over the trench)

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks of class designation 100, for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjacent to each other complete, all as specified

Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I

40mm bore Tubes ‘light grade’, galvanized with all fittings, laid in trenches or fixed along poles with mild steel clamps, as protection to cable, complete all as specified .

Supply and fix 160 AMP 415 Volts 50 Hz 4 Pole 36 Supply KA MCCB suitable for interior mounting with sheet metal enclosures of capacity 160 Amp TPN MCCB complete all as specified and directed :-
