M & L for taking down old unserviceable Split Air conditioner of any make and any capacity complete indoor/Outdoor unit from the existing wall/surface and deposit to E/M store.

M & L for taking down of Old Unserviceable submain wiring with PVC Conduit copper conductor of size 4 sqmm for Split Air conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Taking down of Old Unserviceable sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earh plug and socket complete with one SPN MCB 20 Amps 'C' curve type,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down old unserviceable Refrigerator of any make of any capacity from the existing Location and deposit to E/M store.

M & L for taking down old unserviceable Air curtain of any make of any capacity from the existing Location and deposit to E/M store.

M & L for taking down old unserviceable water cooler of any make of any capacity from the existing Location and deposit to E/M store.

M & L for taking down old unserviceable Deep freezer of any make of any capacity from the existing Location and deposit to E/M store.

Material and labour for submain wiring along with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor of size 4 sqmm and earth wire of size 4 sqmm incl in PVC casing caping in surface/ recessed as required all as specified and directed.(Note:- All three run cable and one run of PVC casing/caping shall be treated as one unit)

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earh plug and socket complete with one SPN MCB 20 Amps 'C' curve type, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing stone masonry wall for crossing the suction, discharge pipe line and electric line connection of split type Air conditioner and after the connection necessary cement work will be provided for making the surface as good all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper tubing for refrigerant suction line of Split AC of size 19.05 mm drawn through pipes/ fixed to walls/ laid on floor or roof in all respects, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper tubing for refrigerant suction line of Split AC of size 9.5 mm drawn through pipes/ fixed to walls/ laid on floor or roof in all respects, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F inreplacement heat insulation superior quality nitrile rubber of 9 mm thickness, ISI marked for copper tubing of any size of refrigerant line including necessary clamps,PVC tape knots,in all respects complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F AC drain hose outlet PVC pipe of standard size 20 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install,testing and commissioning of hi wall mounting air cooled inverter split type Air conditioner units complete with cordless LCD remote control unit and with turbo cool,stabilizer free operation,energy saver,anti corrosive blue fins for protection in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and the out door unit will be fixed in open space with proper foundation or on wall with proper fixing/supporting stand arrangements including 3 mtr suction & discharge refrigerant copper pipe line with high EER of 1.5 TR Capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make BLUE STAR Model no-DNU or techno commercially equivalent model in Voltas/Carrier.
