M & L for 1 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends / shoe any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick plaster on walls in CM (1:4) finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F premoulded cast iron motorised gate of grade FG 150 conforming to IS in ornamental type in cast iron cum mild steel gate of 6.20m span, 3m to 4.065m in height in single/double leaves and wicket gate in cast iron cum mild steel gate of 1.5m span, 2.1m in height in single leaf including necessary welding, pintel hinges, steel ball bearing, plates, and locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Design/Pattern shall be approved by GE. M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm, over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm over new surfaces and providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed
