Removing existing unserviceable/rusted bottom of legs(100 to 150 mm length) from chair verandah and supply and fix with new MS tube 12 mm dia 1.8mm thick (100 to 150mm length) duly welded and finished including two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old U/S legs,rails and S&F new MS square pipe 16mmX16mm square thickness of wall not less than 16mm guage including welding and painting complete all as directed.

Taking down old U/S top of table bed side and S & F new top made of 16 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked one side teak face and other side balancing white as per exisiting shape and size including standard PVC edging (min thickness 1.6mm) shall be provided all round in tops as per existing shape with headless nails complete.

Taking down old U/S and S & F new upper drawer as per existing shape and size front of drawer shall be 12mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade and sides and back of drawer shall be 12mm thick commercial plywood BWR quality Make : Kitply/Greenply and bottom of drawer shall be provided with 6 mm thick commercial plywood BWR quality as per existing shape and size complete.

Taking down old U/S back of table bed side and S & F new back made of 6 mm thick commercial plywood BWR as per existing shape and size complete.

Taking down old US legs of rack steel and S&F new legs of MS steel angle iron and fixed completely by mean of welding including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation of new steeel surface completelly as specified and directed

Removing U/S steel shelves and S & F new shelves of existing shape and size made out of 20 gauge PGI sheet including fixing complete by means of bolting/welding or riveting etc including one coat of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.
