Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including grill (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Network (Two or more applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) newly plastered or un plastered wall surface including preparation of surface, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white color fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 + 0.2 mm with Fixing of 300 mm Sweep Exhaust fan and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 X 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Glass shall be paid seperately).

S&F 4 mm thick Figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sq. M in each pane. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless wire staples Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core FRLS drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia,concealed FRLS wiring, along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof excluding Modular Metal flush box and white cover plate with frame the switches, sockets, fan regulator etc as required suitable for Modular type fitting /fixture etc witch shall be measured and paid separately all as specified and directed for :-

S & F switch modular 6 amps one way flush type 1 module.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F switch modular 6 amps 2 way flush type 1 module.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F modular white cover plate with frame 1 module.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Modular Metal flush box 1/2 Module. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/ polycarbonate, isolated body.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old damaged PCC street light poles complete etc removing the materials for taking Schedule of credit.

Taking down old /existing Light fittings and refixing the serviceable light fittings in new street light poles complete by disconnecting all as specified and directed.

Taking down old damaged Loop Boxes for taking credit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws and including suitable bracket and clamp for light fittingas specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metres long)

S&F as in repairs street light bracket made of GI Pipe 40mm dia light grade 1.5 Mtr in length, bent to required shape fixed with 2 Set of MS Clamps made out of flat iron 40x4mm, incl bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire

M&L for 25 mm bore Medium grade GI tubing with all fitting and taking up or down existing tubing with all connections for pole earthing, complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Tata/ Jindal/Zenith/Swastik/Prakash

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in hard /dense soil for laying underground cables, laying pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layres not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 3core 10Sqmm
