SPL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF BLDG NO. P-1 (MAIN HOSPITAL BLDG) P-14 (OPD COMPLEX) P-39 (POLY CLINIC) AND P-1 2 3 and 4 (A TO D BLOCK MNS MESS) AT MH JALANDHAR CANTT.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs any thickness all as specified. Note:- The contractor will arrange the cables alignment on the roof while working, at his own cost and arrangement.

Preparing the surfaces with Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of cement concrete, including flashing and juction of parapets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying polyurethane waterproofing coating on prepared concrete surface (top of prepared padding surface) of roof slab and upto 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet complete all as specified and directed. Comprissing of item are as under:- (i) Surface preparation of substrate including cleaning, crack filling and priming with FORSOC / Nitoproof WB primer and Equivalent. (ii) Application of FORSOC/Nitoproof 650 PU waterproofing membrane in two coats (iii) Application of FORSOC / Nitofoam 45 thermal insulation (80mm avg thickness 40 kg/mtr cub density) to maintain slop 1:40 in plan area. (iv) PUF insulation layer sealer coat (compatible with PU membrane) (v) Laying of 150-200 GSM geotextile layer with 150mm overlaps (vi) Laying of 25mm thick M-20 cement screed with slope 1:40 in plan area. (vii) Supply & Fixing of 300x300x8mm Endura-Johnson (or equivalent) cool roof tiles (SRI > 78) using Nitolite adhesive in plan area. Note:- All measurements for payment shall be only plan area.

Removal of mud/soil and retrieved material to a distance exc 5KM and thereof depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor will arrange disposal at his own cost and arrangement.

Taking down old GI tubing and connection including fittings 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old GI tubing and connection including fittings 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old GI tubing and connection including fittings 25mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 20 mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 25 mm dia and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.), complete all as specified and directed.
