SUPPLY OF 3 SEATER DESKS TO GOVT HIGH SCHOOLS OF BELAGAVI SOUTH

The bidder should have valid GST Registration Certificate and GST monthly return filed copy and payment receipts for last one year (January-2025 to December-2025).

The bidder should have IT returns for last three Financial years (I.e, 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25).

The bidder should have Audit report with profit & Loss account & balance sheet (i.e 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25) should be certified by chartered accountant with UDIN number.

The Bidder Should have minimum annual turnover equal to the bid amount in any one of the last three financial years. (I.e, 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25) Certified by chartered accountant with UDIN number.

The bidder should submit trade licence issued by the local competent authority.

The Bidder should have experience in supply of similar items equal to bid quantity to central / state govt / institutes / organizations in any one year of the last three years. (I.e, 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25) and should submit work experience certificate and supply order copy.

The bidder should have valid PAN Number.

The bidder should not be black listed in any Govt. / institutions / organizations for which a Notarized Affidavit on Rs. 200 e-stamp should be submitted.

The bidder should have ISO certificate 9001 2015 and 14001 2015

The bidder should submit bank solvency of Rs. 50 % of the bid amount issued by any nationalised bank.

The bidder should submit samples to DDPI office, Belagavi before submission of the technical bid and upload the sample received acknowledgement issued by the department.
