Renewing the existing thermocol false ceiling and refixing with new design ornamental sound proof armstrong grid false ceiling arrangements with Aluminium anodized 'T' section and L angle frame work grid of size 60 x 60cm with Aluminium. T section 25 x 25 x 2.80mm L angle of size 25 x 25 x 2mm thick and the same is supported at suitable intervals by adjustable type 6mm dia M.S Rods with suitable threaded nuts, suspended rod and hanging from ceiling at 1.20m centre to centre in longitudinal section and 60cm at middle portion 60 x 60cm panel should be covered with 20mm thick armstrong sheet in grid so as to give neat finishing etc., complete with necessary openings for electrical fittings.

Renewing and refixing the Natural colour matt aluminium partition 1/2 glazed and 1/2 panelled made out of aluminium box section of size 63.50 x 38.10x1.28mm with vertical and horizontally and the partition fixed with top with plain /frosted of 4mm thicken glass and bottom fixed with 9mm thick prelaminated board as per the instructions of the field officers including necessary accessories like rubber beadings, aluminium chips etc and also including necessary chipping dismantling making holes in RCC of necessary works with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing the partition in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Renewing and refixing the damaged broken twisted unserviceable Thermocol false ceiling with new one of "Gyp board" false ceiling using 10mm thick Gypboard of approved quality design pattern and drops given by the departmental officers. Using "U" shaped galvanised iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20mc/c on both longitudinal and cross fixing "U" shaped G.I channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thick, direction for vertical sup port and at 0.90m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for Horizontal support by using teak wood reapers at corners and at intermediately and fixing the "GYPBOARD" on the panel provided as per design/pattern given by the departmental officers, and finishing the ceiling surface with same Plaster of Paris materials etc. Necessary openings should be coated with Acrylic paint made for providing spot light, fluorescent tubes in the ceiling by using kit ply 12mm thick and openings should be standard specification and etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Paving the floor with best quality double charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.30 kg/m2. etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised powder coated of any colour 1/3rd fixed glazing 2/3rd prelaminated board of Aluminium partition. Outer frame: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.72 kg/m, Centre mullions: 63.50x38x3mm@ 1.55 kg/m, Alu. Clips: 17.27x17.15x1.50mm @ 0.175kg/mg/m for intermediate vertical mullion 90cm c/c. Horizontal mullion at 1.00m 2.10m covered with 5.5mm thick plain glass with necessary aluminium clips of size 17.27x17.15 x1.50mm @ 0.176kg/m and with required rubber beading etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC column, masonry wherever necessary with power drills to the extent required and made good the damaged portion in good condition after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. All the aluminium sections should be anodised not less than 15 microns as per ISI specification1868/1962 / and should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised Powder Coated of single leaf door with half panelled with 12mm thick both side laminated particle board at bottom and half glazed using 5.50mm thick Plain glass at top. The outer frame shall be with aluminium box section 101.60x44.45x3.18m at 2.319kg/m and Shutter frame made of section Vertical & Top rail: [email protected] kg/m and Bottom rail: 100x44.45x2.50mm@ 1.974 kg/m, Lock rail : 50x44.45x2.5mm @ 1.292 kg/m, Alu. Clips: 17.15x17.27x1.50mm @ 0.176 kg/m, Alu. Handle: 100x30mm @ 0.988 kg/m and necessary accessories such as aluminium clips, rubber beading, PVC felt, handle for a length of shutter (both sides), locking arrangements, furniture fittings such as aluminium tower bolts-250x12mm - 1 Nos., aluminium tower bolt 200x12mm - 1No., aluminium Hydraulic door closer - 1No ., lock-1No., Door stopper with rubber bush including cost of materials labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping, dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column, beams, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the damaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc., complete. All the Aluminium. Section are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled conditions in accordance with IS 1868/1962 for an average anatic film thickness of 15 microns etc., complete. Aluminium sections, and furniture fittings shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Providing partition using double side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both directions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. Both side teak wood sheet of 3.50mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevicol and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc.,

Providing wall panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both directions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.50mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevicol and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete.

Brick work in 1:3 Cement Mortar using best quality II class table moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for walls including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing the solid core flush door shutters with commercial ply on both side with teak wood lipping all round 35mm thick including cost of furniture fitting such as 3 nos 4"brass butt hinges,2nos 6"brass tower bolts,2nos 4"brass handle, 1 no brass drop, single key shutter, mortice lock without night latch, 1 no door closer, 1 no brass door stopper, 1mm thick best quality lamination sheet etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Labour wrought and put up in position of old wooden door Shutters for Framed and planked doors including labour charges for fixing furniture fittings complying with standard drawings and standard specification.

Providing Blinds of premium quality for windows in new training hall, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the old iron work two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand including thorough scrapping preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting old wood work with two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Repainting the old walls with thorough scraping and two coats of best Interior emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface through scrapping and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The colour should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Supply of SS heavy duty Long body tap of approved quality and make to IS Specification (Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and laying and jointing UPVC Pipe (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) UPVC used for residential and home applications, water pressure in residential areas do not normally exceed the maximum tolerance.(schedule-40) but excluding cost of such specials and fixing in position dismantling masonry and make the same to original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
