Note : (i) The DB shall be VTPN specified makes listed in Appendix 'B'. (ii) The DB Shall be flush fixed and making good the distrubed surface matching with existing specification shall be part of job at no extra cost. (iii) Connection of the MCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin / bottle type thimble-properly crimped. (iv) All the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclouser with socket plug top single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20A, 240V all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sq mm 4 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection and GI pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Road cutting / floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the above provisions.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr depth for laying of cables, foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, main holes, pier holes etc complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning and covering clean and dry sand to underground electric cable in trenches / floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid for.

M&L for bricks sub class 'B' brick laid dry, flat with width equal to length of brick as cover laid over the cabel to give mechanical protection to underground cabels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel protected by galvanised iron light grade 15 mm dia pipe and GI pipe 20mm light grade for water filling including 15x20mm reducer socket funnel wire mesh, RCC cover with concrete 1:2:4 using 8 mm# bar@100 mm c/c both ways, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 and excavation and earth work,disposal of suplus spoil to a dstance not exceeding 50mtrs all as specified and shown on electrical plate No. 3 of 2009 (Part-I) including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified. Note :- The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI wire 4mm dia from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.
