Supply, Installation, Testing amd Commissioning of LT Panel vermin proof floor mounting , M.S. channel base with bottom and Fabricated out of 2.0/1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel, painted with powder coated paint of shade as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge after proper sheet treatment process of sheet steel. The Bus Bar of panel shall be of Electrical grade High Conductive Aluminum alloy of appropriate cross section as per rating.The main bus bar shall run throughout the panel of rating as main incomer rating. The Bus Bar shall be supported by non hygroscopic SMC/DMC Bus Bar supports which shall be mounted on proper interval to ensure the bear the jerks of short Circuit of 50kA for panels having ACB as Incomer & 36kA for panels having MCCB Incomers. Panel shall be constructed in fully Segregated Compartment Design for Each Feeder as per 3b construction Format. The Panel shall be completed in all respect as per IS: 8623 Part-2&3. There shall be Separate Metering Compartment for incomer metering and outgoing metering.All Incomer Feeders shall be provided with Multifunction Metering along with Phase Indicating Lights and other associated components such as CT, control MCB Terminal Block etc. and all Outgoing Feeders 100A & above shall be provided with 3 phase Ammeter along with phase Indicating Lights and other associated components such as CT, control MCB Terminal Block etc. The Feeders above shall be provided ac accommodated all Measuring Instruments shall be Digital type & all Indicating Lights shall be LED type. Wiring shall be done from 1100V Grade PVC Insulated copper flexible wire. All ACB shall be Electrically operated Draw-out type with Microprocessor Based O/L, S/C & E/F Release of Breaking/ Withstand Capacity (ICU/ICs/Icw) 50kA or more All MCCB shall be Thermal Magneetic/Microprocessor with O/L & S/C Protection along with Required Spreaders & Extended Rotary Handle with pad Locking facility of Breaking capacity (ICU/ICS) 36kA or more All MCB shall be Thermal 10kA 'C' Curve. Cubicle type switch board shall be Cat-A and B only. Incoming - 200A FP MCCB 36 KA with spreaders and extended rotatory handle Outgoing - 63 amp MCCB 1Nos (36 KA with spreaders and extended rotatory handle). 32 amp MCCB 5Nos (36 KA with spreaders and extended rotatory handle).

Wiring for Light Point, Street Light point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate,suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for Fan, Fresh air fan point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate,suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for Call bell point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate,suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for Exhaust point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate,suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. Supply and Fixing of suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front of surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 2 nos. 3 pin 5/6A modular socket outlet and 2 nos. 5/6A modular switch, connections etc. as required. Supply and Fixing of brass Angle holder including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing 1 x 1.5 sq. mm size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. (For Inverter Wiring)
