Excavation of trenches by any means in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out, trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces top required level complete all as specified and as directed by E-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor , trench for cable,& foundation etc with sand , including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Compacted punned thick shall only be measured and paid

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in each layer of solid complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for exposing the existing reinforcement bars fully in the repairs area and remove all loose scale and corrosion deposits protective coating zinc primer apply the bars before concreting.

M & L for cement concrete of type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded aggregate) for Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like including demolition of RCC of any type complete all as specified and direcetd.

Yield test of the bore well with continously pumping with submersible pumping set of 15 to 25% higher than designed discharge for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yield. The discharge shall be measured by V notch system fixed to steel tank for accurate measurement as per IS Standards. Note :- The rate quoted include arrangements of all equipments submersible pumping set with motor, cable starter etc. Nothing extra amount payable to contractor

M&L for chemical/ bacteriological analysis and potablity test of water obtained from borewell by Govt approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate.

Supply and fixing ISI marked ceiling rose surface Bakelite 65 x 50mm, 3 terminal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ with one coat of approved ISI marked synthetic enamel paint by mechanical spraying including filling cavities with filler inclu cleaning with suitable agents including mentioning of MES number as per standard practice complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (I) The Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removal of fan from the site and re-fixing the same to that postion incl provision of suitable cable from ceiling rose to fan.
