SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ELEVATOR AND ALLIED WORKS )

Supply, installation, erection, testing and commissioning of Electrically operated elevator for 20 passengers, 1360 Kg, Passenger cum Bed Elevator having speed 1.0 mtr per second, AC VVVF with 16 Bit MicroProcessor, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Electric Traction Gearless Motor, G+3, 04 Floors 04 stops 04 levels 04 openings (all on the same side) car size 1300x2400 mm, head room 4772 mm, car enclosure stainless steel panels, car opening two side opening automatic doors in stainless steels with provision of emergency key opening at all landings with a clear opening of 1200x2000 mm, Automatic DC Door operation with adjustable door opening and closing timings, Simplex full collective with or without attendant, Automatic operation, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC Supply, PVC Flooring, Diffused Lighting, Digital Seven Segment Direction and Position indicators in both car and at all landings including taking out old unserviceable electrically operated Lift of any type and capacity including all connected accessories and depositing the same in MES E/M store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Ser No 02 and 03:- (a) Make / Manufacturer of elevator :- M/s KONE India / M/s Otis Elevator Company India Ltd / M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd. / M/s Kinetic Hyundai Elevators Movement Tech / M/s Hitachi Lifts India Pvt Ltd / M/s Mistubishi Elevator India Pvt Ltd / M/s Fujitech India Pvt Ltd./ M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd/ M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevators India Pvt/ M/s Omega Elevators/ M/s Escon Elevators Pvt Ltd / M/s LT Elevators / M/s IES Elevators (b) The entire work as specified in srl item no 2.00 and 3.00, shall be got executed through certified rep of OEM and the Contractor shall submit MOU regarding execution of work from OEM of the elevator/Lift within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract shall be liable to be cancelled in terms of Condition 54 of IAFW-2249 and Contractor shall forfeit the Performance Security in full in terms of Condition 19.5 of IAFW-2249. (c) The quoted reates shall be deemed to be including of all civil and electrical works required to install the lift and making good the disturbed surfaces.

Phase-II Work

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (MANNING AND OPERATION WORKS)

Outsourcing of manpower for Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts/elevators in three shift per day round the clock i.e. 24 hours for lift installed in MH at Bathinda Mil Station (Lift 01 & Lift No 02). Brief description of lift is as under :- (a) Lift No 01 (b) Lift No 02 (i) One lift/elevator capacity 26 passenger (1768 Kg), Passenger cum Bed Elevator having speed 1.0 mtr per second. Ground to 2nd floor (Three stop i.e. Ground, First and Second Floor) with automatic door operation, 3 phase 415 Volt 50 C/S AC Power supply system, UMV (Unit multi Voltage) control comprising DC Motor, DC Gen Set, AC Motor and AC Control panel etc. (ii) This Item shall be operated immediatly after completion of Phase I .

All as per Item No 6 above . Note - This Item shall be operated immediatly after completion of Item No 06.

All as per Item No 7 above. Note - This Item shall be operated immediatly after completion of Item No 07

All as per Item No 6 above. Note - This Item shall be operated immediatly after completion of Item No 08.

All as per Item No 7 above . Note - This Item shall be operated immediatly after completion of Item No 09.

Note for Ser No 06 to 11:- (a) Contractor shall employ one operator for shift of 08 hours (03 shifts per day) to operate the lift during all working days, sundays and holidays. (b) Timing of shift shall be as fixed by Engineer-in-charge. (c) All the stationary, T& P, minor items required to maintain the installations in presentable manner and always keep installation neat and clean. (d) The contractor shall ensure to pay minimum wages of semi skilled labour (inclusive reliever to operator as per labour act) as notified by Government of india/ State Government/ Local body published time to time whichever is higher. (e) The contractor shall change/ discontinue the M& O staff after every 11 months to avoid claim of permanent job in Govt department. (f) The commencement of Phase-II will be effective immediately after physical completion of Phase-I work. (g) All stationery such as Log Sheet , Attendance Register , Duty Roster, etc required for Manning and Operation are to be born by contractor without any extra cost.

Phase-III Work

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III (COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE WORKS)

Comprehensive maintenance of electric Passenger lift-02 Nos (Lift No 02 & 03 of MH) of capacity of 26 passenger (1768 Kg) and 20 passenger (1360 Kg) respectively, lift at speed 1m/s equipped with microprocessor based AC VVVF controller, AC Motor, Governor, ropes, driving sheave, travelling cables, wiring & electric fitting, ARD, hooter as per maintenance shcedule and manufacture's maintenance manual complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. (For financial Year 2023-24)

All as per item No 13 above but for financial year 2024-25.

All as per item No 13 above but for financial year 2025-26.

Note for Ser No 13 to 15:- (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM of lift. (ii) Contractor/OEM will provide one mechanic for emergency breakdown. (iii) Comprehensive maintenance shall be effective after satisfactory completion of Phase I work and its two years Defect Liability Period from the date of physical completion of the work. Comprehensive maintenance during 2 years of defect liability period shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and its unit rate shall be deemed to be quoted in Serial item No 2 and 3 here-in-above. (iv) The entire work as mentioned in srl item no 13 to 15, shall be got executed through OEM and the bidder will have to submit MOU regarding execution of work through OEM within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract shall be liable to be cancelled under condition 54 of IAFW-2249 and the contractor shall forfeit the performance security in full. (v) All the spares required for the maintenance of Lift shall be deemed to be inculded in unit quoted rate Serial item No 13 to 15 here-in-above. (vi) The contractor in consultation with OEM shall change/ discontinue the maintenance staff after every 11 months to avoid claim of permanent job in Govt department.
