The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying upto first floor two level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One is to cement two Sand is to four graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimetre )nominal size) not exceeding 1 ( one ) metre in depth incolving to give a smooth and even surface including curring complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3( one cement and Three fine Sand ) flush ruled complete. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government

Repair of plaster of thickness 12 mm tweleve millimetre to 20 mm twenty millimetre in patches of area 2.50 two point five zero square metre and under including cutting the patch in proper shape . racking out joint preparing and plastring the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government

Structural steel work of Tata / Sail / Reliance / Jindal riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work (including priming coat) with enamel paint of Nerolac / Asian to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point ninety litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point eighty litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete as per Architectural drawing, design and specification including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of Asian paint / Dulux paint /Berger paint/ Nerolac paint make on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Polish on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
