Exacavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m ( 5 fts) and lead upto 30m.( 100 fts) & including filling,watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches ort into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 m ( 100 fts) from the foundation trenches but excavation in soil mixed with moorum/shingle/kankar required th euse of specila T&P such as pickaxe,subals etc.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth eith lead upto 50 meters.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from approved quarry at site of work including watering, ramming, dressing etc. rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Consolidation of old recovered base material in 10 cm thick layers by road roller including hire charges and fuel charges of road roller , spreading and carriage of metals at Site and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Providing and laying of factory made rubber mold refractive zig-zag 80 mm thick inter locking cement concrete tiles (30 mpa) including 25 mm thick compacted bed of GSB compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking tiles levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material ,labour T&P required for pproper completion of work as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Earth work in embankment with carted earth from an average distance of 5.0 km distance from site of work digging at source and loading in to trucks and unloading at site spreading in 20.0 cm layer level with cartage of earth royalty of earth all labour T&P required for proper complition of earth and as per direction by engineer Incharge.

Mechanical compaction of earth in filling to achive 95%procter dencity of earth the compaction shall be done preferebly with the help of roller 10 ton static weight and subssequent shall be tested acepeted by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine Sand : 10 graded brick aggrigate 40 mm nominal size ) including supply of all labour material,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 Cement and course sand morter in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, itc required for proper completion of the work.

2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of th work.

Struck Pointing on brick work with cement mortar in 1:2 with consisting of one part cement & two parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials, labour & T & Petc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Flush Pointing on brick work with cement mortar in 1:2 with consisting of one part cement & two parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all materials, labour & T & Petc. Required for proper completion of the work.

P/L Cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P rtc. Required for proper completion of the work and curing complete,also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 Cement and course sand morter in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, itc required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 coarse sand : 4 stone grit 20mm aggregate) in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials sabour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Mild steel or iron in plan work shch as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor two level.

P/L Cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P rtc. Required for proper completion of the work and curing complete,also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors.

40 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. (1/8") flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of th work.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).
