Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. A). Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Providing and Laying of following dia'B' class GI Pipe including excavation of hard / soft soil complete with threading and alignment of pipe,bituminous road/concrete surface cutting for laying the pipe and making good the same with 1:2:4 cement concrete etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15mm dia G.I.pipe from electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.(From feeder pillar and panel and perimeter pole to earth electrode)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required.(CPWD DSR-2022 item 5.7)(Along the cable length)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (Make :-As per AAI preferred make list)

Supply of 30 Watt LED type Road/ Street light as per Tender Technical Specification etc. completed as required. (Make :-As per AAI preferred make list)

Installation of 30 watt LED street light fitting on pole upto 3 mtr. height including suitable clamping arrangement in existing poles, earthing, i/c connection with 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, testing and commissioning complete as required.

Installation Testing and Commissioning of 30 watt LED type Road/ street light fixtures on perimeter wall on Triangual MS Frame work made of MS Square pipe(one side) and MS angle iron(two sides).Ms square pipe shall be of 25 mm size,medium gauge conforming to IS-1161-1998 and 1 meter length.MS angle shall be of 25 mmX25 mmX 3 mm size and total length of two sides shall be 1.7 Mtr.Installation shall be including earthing and connection with 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor single flexible cable complete as required.

Supply of 1.5 Metre height G.I Octagonal pole with single arm GI bracket pipe at 150 degree angle suitable for fixing 30 W LED street light and suitable for rotation (Total vertical height of the pole including bracket shall be 2.15 Mtr) • Suitable to withstand wind speed as per IS-875 made out of High Tensile steel confirming to grade S355J0 or equivalent with,EN 8 grade foundation bolt, and base plate with FE 410 confirming to IS 226/IS 2062 with complete accessories. • An Outdoor IP65 rated junction box/looping box(equivelent to Sintex GSJB-3020) shall be provided along with the pole with 1 no heavy duty Three phase and neutral connector 32 Amps connector suitable for 4X16 armored aluminum cable and 1 no 6 amp. Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Upto 3 Meter height pole along with all accessories including making of foundation with M20 grade cement concreate of size 400 mm length X 400 mm width X 800 mm depth(of which 250 mm above ground level and 550 mm below ground level), suitable pipe for cable entry upto junction box, numbering of pole etc complete with all respect as required.

Supplying & fixing cable route marker with 10X10X5mm thick GI plate with description there on bolted/welded to 35mmX35mmX6mm angle iron 60cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable size PVC box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. a) Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 Modular PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supply of 20 watt surface and wall mounted LED batten (4 ft) with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver i/c pre-wired, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall etc. as required.

Supply of wall mounted fan of 400 mm sweep, 1350 RPM with control ON-OFF, variable speed modes, oscillation control, hight adjustable, balanced 3 leaf suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50hz, AC power supply etc. as required. (Make: Havells, Model: Swing or similar from list of approved makes).

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED fitting/compact fluorescent fitting of all types/Wall mounting fan, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/wall, includin connection with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthin etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 way, Double Door single pole and neutral (SPN), MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing SP MCB (current range from 6 A to 32A), 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 32 A rating DP, MCB, 240/415 V, 10 kA "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioing etc. as required.
