RequiredThe bidder should have Registration of Firm (or) Individual (or) Equivalent qualification in any part of India.

RequiredEMD payment should be paid through online in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad valid up to the defect liability period for an amount of Rs. 11,77350/- (i.e.1% of the Estimated Contract value)

RequiredEach bidder should further demonstrate the Availability (either Owned /Leased) of the following key and critical equipment for this work.
RequiredAnti Larvae Spraying Drone - 1 No. Should cover 350 acres per month and work for 25 days a month with 10 Liter tank capacity 2 Km Drone range
RequiredIn case of owned drones the invoice should be submitted online at the time of tendering.
RequiredIn case of leased drones the agreement on Rs.100/- Bond paper between two parties should be submitted online at the time of tendering. The lease agreement should be at least valid for 1 year as on the date of submission of tender.
RequiredThe bidder should be a company registered under Telangana Start-up policy and approved by the Department of ITE&C, Government of Telangana. The bidder shall submit the certificate obtained from the department of ITE&C along with the bid document.
RequiredThe bidder should submit valid drone registration certificates for each drone owned or leased by the bidder.
RequiredSupervisor having relevant efficient experience in handling drones near water bodies. The bidder should be a certified pilot with minimum experience of 18 months (1Pilot and 1Co-pilot for each drone )
RequiredGST & Excise: The bidder should be registered with valid Telangana / AP Commercial Taxes (GST) and shall upload the GST Registration certificate.
RequiredBid capacity as per formula (3AN-B) should be greater than the ECV.
RequiredThe firm or agency or individual should have minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the field of handling spraying drones with State Govt. of Telangana.
RequiredThe firm should use UIN-activated drones which are registered with DigitalSky.
RequiredAny law applicable to the drones to use within the vicinity of water body/lake in all over the country and within the state of Telangana is also applicable.
RequiredThe bidder should have certificate or permission from the police or competent authority to operate drones should be submitted online while participating in the tender.
RequiredThe turn over certificate from the CA for past 03 financial years should be submitted online while tendering. However, the start-ups registered and promoted by the Telangana Start-up Innovation policy will be exempt from this condition GO Ms.No:08, ITE&C Department, Govt of Telangana.
RequiredAny law regarding operation, policies, GO, maintenance and supply of drones prescribed by the Govt. of India/ State Govt. of Telangana, is automatically applicable to this tender also.
RequiredExperienced and reputed service providers / contractors / societies / agencies etc in providing drones, who have valid certificate of registration issued by the Government of India / Government of Telangana are eligible to participate in the tender. Documentary evidence should be uploaded.
RequiredThe bidder should have minimum turnover of not less ECV in any one year of the last (3) years Financial years of 2023-24 to 2025-26 and the same has to be Certified by a C.A.
RequiredThe bidder should have similar experience in providing drones to the government , for at least 12 months of the any last (3) Financial years of 2023-24 to 2025-26 duly certified.
RequiredThe experience certificate should be issued not less than the rank of the Senior Entomologist or Executive Engineer.
RequiredOn the specified date the tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives whoever is willing to be present. And no claim or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
