PRIME COST SUM Provide Prime cost sum for provision of synthetic (acrylic top layer) basket ball court with standard measurement prescribed by FIBA (International Basket ball Federation) shown on drgs complete . (i) Add/deduct__________% (Contractor to quote lumpsum amount in column 6 which will be converted to percentage over /below) amount quoted by the contractor shall not exceed 15% above the amount inserted in col 5. However contractor may quote lower amount than inserted in col 5. However, If contractor quotes amount more than (+) 15% then it will be reduced/ revised to (+) 15% only.

S & F of tubing galvanised 40 mm bore light grade ISI marked bent to the shape of bracket 1.2 Mtr in length for mounting of street light fitting and fixed on pole with clamp and nut, bolt and washer with two coat paint complete all as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of 16 mtrs high mast confirming to IS-875 (Part-III) - 1987, made out of steel plates confirming to BS-M10025 cut and holded to form a tapered polygonal section in two section having 20 sides, plate thickness not less than of base section 4 mm and of top section 3 mm , length of base and top section as 8.25 mm and dia of base section 360 mm and top section 150 mm in two section suitable for wind speed of 180 km/hour with double drum winch and stainless steel rope of grade AISI 304, 7/19 construction, 6 mm dia tralling cable copper conductor 5 core, 2.5 sqmm EPR/PCP insulated, PCP sheathed incl power tools of 1 HP/1.5 HP capacity (motorised system for bringing up and down the lights) and aviation light (LED type) lightening arrestor spike incl feeder pillar suitable for operation of light and motor as per manufacturer design. The mast should consist of 8 Nos LED flood light fitting 200 Watt with external control gear box if needed with all accessories incl lamps mounted on suitable brackets as per manufacturers catalogue incl RCC foundation excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as per manufacturer instruction/design and its reflection should be carried under the supervision of manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed. (a) ERECTION PART:- (i) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with design mix (M 25) concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 100/sqmtr at 2 mtr depth with all material and labour- Job- 01. (ii) Errection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipment and wiring of luminaries with all wiring material and labour- Job - 01. (iii) Installation of control panel suitable fdn incl all material and labour Job 01.

(b) LT OUTDOOR PANEL :- Fabricate, supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT out door total enclsoed LT panel board of size 0.75mX0.5mX0.3m approx totally enclosed made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof IP-54, with front opening 440V 3 Phase 4 wire having 200 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar insulated wth sleeves, incoming MCCB TPN 63 Amps 440 Volts 25 KA - 01 No and copper wiring with multistranded cable including timer switch electronic type 01 No with necessary MCBs SP 10 Amp 09 Nos contactors etc, cable glands, lugs,suitable control circuit for automatic switching on and off of the mast and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making necessary pedestal 300 mm height from floor level with PCC work complete all as specified. (c) Provn of wiring from panel to light fitting with single core 4 sqmm copper conductor cable drawn through MS rigid/ flexible conduit with necessary fittings. (d) Provn of single pointed air termination rod and necessary fitment required for protection against lightning protection. (Earthing shall be measured and paid seperately). (e) Testing and commisioning of above high mast system complete. Note:- Rate quoted against this item shall be deemed to be included for all (i.e a to e) above provisions.

Supply and fix junction box Single Pole and neutral enclosure compression gland 2 with connector and clamp for pole mounting with two nos of nut bolt and washers and socket complete of size not less than 12"x10"x4" complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix timer switches 250V single phase of 20 amps rating wih contractor fitted inside steel enclouser complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for LED decorative post-top light 35 watts, IP65, energy saving, environment friendly long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LED as light source complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for LED bollard light 8Watts, IP 65 two feet height, the elegant yet minimalsitic design acts silent observer and giving light, diffuser at the upper portion acts a beacon of path guidance in a landscape environment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for all-in-one solar street light made 24Watts with high efficiency mono crystalline solar PV module, lithium ferro phosphate battery with in-built BMS technology, high efficiency LED, MPPT solar charge controller and aluminium extruded body & is specially programmed to automatically control the dimming and brightness of light which increases the backup time complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Modular telephone jack, 1 module to be fixed on moduler switch board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular TV jack 1 module to be fixed on modular switch board complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -VIII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS) shall also be applicable.

S & F of HDPE DWE (double wall corrugated) sewage pipe SN-8 ISI Mark as per IS 16908 Part I- 2013 laid in trenches joined and tested as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed for the following size:-

(a) 150 MM bore pipe

(b) 200 MM bore pipe

Construction of Brick Septic Tank of 100 Users including excavation, in any type of soil, PCC foundation, walls of fly ash brick masonry with top cover of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCI complete as specified (TD No CEBZ/TD/76/2011 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3)

Construction of Brick Septic Tank of 50 Users including excavation, in any type of soil, PCC foundation, walls of fly ash brick masonry with top cover of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCI complete as specified (TD No CEBZ/TD/76/2011 Sheet 1/2 to 2/2)

Construction of RCC hume pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation, vent shaft, connection etc. for 10 users complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Soakage well including excavation, in any type of soil, PCC foundation walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats 3.00m dia x 3.00 m deep effective depth complete all as specified and directed (Drg No CEBZ/TD/78/2011 sheet 1/2 to 2/2.

Construction of Soakage well including excavation, in any type of soil, PCC foundation walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats 1.20 m dia x 3.00 m deep effective depth complete all as specified and directed (Drg No CEBZ/TD/78/2011 sheet 1/2 to 2/2.

Fencing, Gate and Comound Wall Works NOTE:- For items of Fencing, Gate and Comound Wall Works notes given at the biginning of Schedule 'A' Part-IX (Fencing, Gate and Comound Wall Works) shall also be applicable.

Provision of steel gate of size 5.5 mtr wide all as shown in on drg No CEBZ/TD/104/2011 Sheet No 1/3 to 3/3 with MS work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including gate pillar and necessary earthwork etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall make provision of gate light, however gate light shall be measured an paid separately as per requirement.

Excavation earth work and site development works NOTE:- For items of Excavation earth work and site development wotks notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -XII (Excavation earth work and site development wotks) shall also be applicable.

Approved earth filling with approved soil brought from outside MD land filling in tranches or paving laid in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick spread, levelled rammed including watering etc. complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLITION/ DISMANTLING WORKS NOTE:- For items of Demolition/Dismantling Works notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -X (Demolition/ Dismantling Works) shall also be applicable.

Taking down main switch, DB box including MCBs of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down service connection including disconnecting from pole to DG/Main switch complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/up of steel tubing of 80 mm dia GI pipe including all fitting complete all as specified and directed.

ARBORICULTURE WORKS

Supply & stacking of good/ sweet earth/ soil from outside MoD land, well sieved 90% to pass through IS sieve of 10mm size free from stone rubbish like lumps, stones, roots and other foreign material suitable for gardening. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The colour of the soil generally be brown incl cost of all royalty and carriage. All tools plants, taxes octroi etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measurements will be reduced by 20% for payment towards voids.

Supplying and stacking of framyard manure at site including royalty and carriage with any lead complete all as specified and directed (Note : Farm yard manure measured in stack will be reduced by 25% against the total volume of good earth used in filling towards voids.

Material and labour for planting Ficus Danialla and 600mm hight incl following : (i) Digging hole of size 600mm dia x 600mm depth, removing & conveying excavated soil to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 250m. (ii) Filling the hole with fresh garden soil, farm yard manure in 3:1 proportion upto a heightr of 0.60m levelling and watering previous night as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge and maintaining for a minimum period of 02 yrs or till formation of well established plants whichever is later complete all as directed. (iii) Adequate proportion of DAP, Urea, bone dust, oil cake etc to be provided accordingly. (Note : Good earth (fresh garden soil) & farm yard manure shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material and labour for planting Ficus Benjamina and 600mm hight incl following : (i) Digging hole of size 600mm dia x 600mm depth, removing & conveying excavated soil to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 250m. (ii) Filling the hole with fresh garden soil farm yard manure in 3:1 proportion upto a heightr of 0.60m levelling and watering previous night as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge and maintaining for a minimum period of 02 yrs or till formation of well established plants whichever is later complete all as directed. (ii) Adequate proportion of DAP, Urea, bone dust, oil cake etc to be provided accordingly. (Note : Good earth (fresh garden soil) & farm yard manure shall be measured and paid for separately).

Material and labour for planting Pygmy date palm and 600mm hight incl following : (i) Digging hole of size 600mm dia x 600mm depth, removing & conveying excavated soil to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 250m. (ii) Filling the hole with fresh garden soil farm yard manure in 3:1 proportion upto a heightr of 0.60m levelling and watering previous night as specified and approved by Engr-in-Charge and maintaining for a minimum period of 02 yrs or till formation of well established plants whichever is later complete all as directed. SOLAR ROOF TOP SOLAR PLANT GENERATION 90Kwp

Design,Supply, install,testing and commissioning of ON Grid connected roof top solar generation system of capacity not less than 40 KWp AC capacity all as specified in PS and directed as per PS clause and specification as follows (For Adm Bldg):-

(A) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of not less than 40 KWp SPV system comprising of latest specification DCR solar photovoltaic modules/array of high efficiency made of mono crystalline silicon solar PV cells with supply and fix of terminal box on the module having provision for opening & replacing the cable etc.as per direction of IEC. The general features of PV modules shall be as given below :- a) The module shall be made up mono crystalline silicon cells. b) The interconnected cells shall be laminated in vacuum to withstand adverse environmental conditions. c) The module frame is made of corrosion resistant materials, preferably having aluminium anodized finish. d) The minimum clearance between the lower edge of the modules & the developed ground level shall be 300 mm. e) Surge arresting devices to be provided at junction box and module shall be provided with bypass diode. f) The SPV module must be IEC 61215, IEC 61730 part I & part II, IEC 61701 certified from any of the accredited certifying agencies. g) Each solar PV module must be warranted by manufacturer at least 90% rated power at the end of 10 years & 80% at the end of 25 years. Note: Qty of PV module shall be decided as per OEM recommendation, design and layout drawing submitted to department duly approved by CWE Bhopal Note :- (i) Makes of panel provided shall be as per MNRE specification/ standard and registered in ALMM. (ii) 5% spare qty of modules shall be provided by the contractor for repair / replacement purpose. (iii) Addln module shall be provided / installed by the contractor to meet specified power output incase if the same not achived during testing and commissioning without any extra cost. (iv) Each PV module used in any solar power project must use a RF identification tag. The following information must be mentioned in the RFID used on each module:-

(B) Module Mounting Structure (MMS) Supply & fixing of the anti-corrosive factory made Gl structure on the RCC Roof for fixing of PV modules by fixing of suitable size fastner, spring washer, nuts & bolt. The minimum thickness of galvanization & mounting steel structure shall be as per IS 47592 & IS 2061-1992 respectively withstand the wind load of 180 Km/hr. as per IS 875. The array structure shall be fixed properly using maintenance free earthing kit. Note:- (i)The total load for roof top SPV should be less than 60 Kg/m2. (ii) The design of module mounting structure complying load withstand as per relevant IS alongwith fixing arrangement on roof shall be submitted by the contractor duly vetted from IIT/NIT/Govt Engg college for approval by CWE. (iii) The material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolyticaly compatible with material used in module frame. (iv)The fasteners should be of stainless steel and should allow easy replacement of any module. (v) The minimum clearance of the structure from the roof level should be 300 mm.

(D) DC Combine box A DC combine box shall be used to combine the DC cables of the solar module array with DC fuse protection for the outgoing DC cables to the DC distribution box.

(E) Array junction boxes_- The number of junction boxes as per design given by OEM are to be provided in the PV array for termination of connecting cables. All wire/cables must be terminated through cable lugs. Copper busbar/terminated blocks housed in the junction box conforming to IP 65 degree of protection with EPDM rubber gasket to prevent water entry. Junction boxes shall be mounted on the MMS such that they are easily accessible and protected from direct sunlight & harsh weather.

(J) AC Cables:- (ii) Distribution wiring in 1.1kv single core multi stranded PVC FRLSH insulated & unsheathed copper wire fixed on wall on PVC batten or saddle(For AC power supply from Inverter to AC distribution board Panel). Note :- (i) The size of cable shall be as per design given by OEM & approved by vender empanelled by DISCOM. (K) Protection:- The system shall be provided with all necessary protection like earthing, lightening & surge protection as per relevant standard. (L) Performance testing:- Ratio between the theoretical energy outputs of the SPV plant is termed as performance ratio and is measured in accordance with IEC 61724. Based on prevailing climatic and temperature conditions in India, a performance ratio of 75% is expected for crystalline modules. (M) Other Misc items:- As per requirement given by OEM and approved by GE to be provided. (N) Earthing:_ As per MNRE specifications to be provided. (O) Lightening protection:- As per MNRE specifications to be provided. (P) Installation, Testing & Commissioning:- As per safety norms of SERC/CEA to be provided. (Q) O&M and Warranty:- 5 years from the date of commissioning to be provided.
