BOQ (UPGRADATION OF ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN NCS (E) QTRS AND PROVN OF EARTHING AND MCB DISTRIBUTION BOX WITH ALLIED WORK AT ANIONICS LAB AT AF STN SOG)

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable, multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs cable of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core as per IS:7098 (Part-I) including taking out of old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Brick of common burnt clay, sub class 'B' old size laid flat and dry on cables as in cable protection in trenches over cables perpendicular to direction of cables abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for river bed fine sand laid in trenches 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreding, levelling and 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : For payment purpose pinned thickness shall be measured.

S&FGalvanised iron steel tubes, ISI marked light grade of 50mm bore for cable protection on the wall/ under road /under drains complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cutting of road, cutting chases pining in making good to facing where required to edges of landing road, hard standing, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing making good exc. 20 cm but not exc. 60 cm width and digging of excavation 45 cm but not exc. 1 m depth in bituminous road / concrete surface and making good as existing surface by using 0.63 mm hard core as required including premixed high performance cold mix patching material ideal for instant as require high quality repairs to bituminous as well as concrete surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers any capacity including all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single/double of any wattage or size fitting for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories and removing from site. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 12 here-in-before but for one bell point controlled by one bell push, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, resin body and blades AC single Phase. 230V of 250mm sweep 1270 RPM with, blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting openning through brick wall 230mm thick built in cement motar suitable for exhaust fan 250&300mm seep including making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, complete all specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fans of any sweep including cable connections and disconnecting of fan blades and removing the fan with blades and deposit to store yard for further hanging in its original position or any other position including as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying marking of MES number with black paint after preparation of surface reassembling the fan etc including testing complete serviceable all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge. Note :- Any damage has to be made good by the contractor to make the item functional after testing.

Taking down exhaust fans of any sweep including cable connections and removing the exhaust fan with blades deposit to store yard for further fixing in its original position or any other position as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including it's fitting and fixtures after carrying out service reassembling the fan etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix metal AC box Single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 A 240 V complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and Fixing Sheet metal TPN double door DB 4 Way, 415 Volt, TPN with 200 Amps rated bus bar and with neutral, earthing bar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charg

S&F as in replacement MCB distribution board, IP 43 protection, Double door, SPN, 230 Volts, 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar and with neutral, earthing bar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in replacement MCB TPN 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS-8828, 415 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) single pole and Netural current carrying capacity 40 to 63 AMP, Complete all as sepcified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) single pole, current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, Complete all as sepcified and as directed..

Taking down existing storage type water heater of any capacity of any type and size by disconnecting from Power socket, carring out necessary repair including cleaning and inner water tank, removing of hard water deposites and connected back and refixing in original position including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L as in relacement PVC Connections of 15 mm size 450mm incluidng with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete as directed.

M & L for surface submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including steel conduit size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Two run of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit will be measured as one length.

M & L for surface submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including steel conduit size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Four run of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of steel conduit will be measured as one length.

M & L for surface earth wire with one single core green PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including PVC casing/caping size with all fittings and accessories as earth lead and connected to earth dolly and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) one run of cable with one of PVC casing/caping will be measured as one length.

Supply & fix modular switch 1 way, 16 Amps, 1 module (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix modular socket, 6/16 Amps 2 moduler, multi pin (ISI marked).complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix modular white cover plate with frame 6 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix modular PVC flush box 6 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB, Double Pole, 6 to 32 amps, 415 volts, 10 kA breaking capacity, "C" curve all as specified and as directed.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 20x3 mm copper strip fixed to wall to ples or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc directed.

M&L for commissioning , installation and testing of maintenance free UL approved copper bonded earth rod of 10 feet length 50 mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel rod, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minium copper bonding thickness 250 microns) with exothermally jointed copper bus bar of 200x 50x 6 mm for connection , The rod and exothermic joint together successfully tested at 25 KA fualt current by CPRI with 75 Kg eco friendly earth enhancing compund with each earth rod, The earth pit should be 125 mm dia. The compund should comply to IEC 62561-7 having passed leaching, corrosion, sulphur and resisitivity tes as per IEC62651-7 by NABL accredit Lab with FRP earth pit cover of top size lockable Lid. It includes GI Protection pipe light grade of size 40 dia with copper strip of size 32x6 mm upto test point , strip should be run on PCC block of suitable size upto wall to avoid thouching to ground including connecting of strip between two earthing earth pit cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr in - Charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
