Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables etc.soft type soil and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate includes removing of paver blocks (if found during excavation) carefully and stack properly for refixing after laying of cables

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils.

Removing excavated material from the site of work and transporting out of Station/site of work suitable to the contractor all as specified.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick coloured interlocking paver tiles/ blocks, lacquer finish having compressive strength of 35N/Sqmm, zig-zag (uni-paver) shape in flooring tested as per IS : 15658-2006, Including 50mm thick sand cusioning complete as specified and directed.

Supply, laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mm x 150 mmx 40 mm.

Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth (22mm thick comprising bituminuous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate), for coping and finished surface without using extra cement.

Supplying and laying with commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 185 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, passing through pipes, fixed on walls complete including connecting properly by means of thimbles and taking out old u/s damaged cables.

M&L for shifting of LT panel of any size with all accessories and fixing it to other location as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site, connecting cable connection with connecting accessories, incl foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through joint, heat shrinkable tubular type of size 25 to 50 sqmm,3.5 core, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.Make- M-Seal/XLCON/Denson

Supply and installation of Smart Single Phase Meter after taking down old one with the following specifications: (i) AC Single phase Two Wire, Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10 A-60 A conforming to IS-16444 and relevant IEC standards with inbuilt 865-867 MHz Radio Frequency communication facility with self-healing Mesh network with defalult and on demand display, biling date generation facility, anti-tamper features. Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry. (ii) Meter should support the following data : 30 min instaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, 30 load survey date for energy, mopntly billing survey for cumulative energy and Max Demand. (iii) Meter should have connect/disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software. (iv) The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software. MAKE: Secure, L&T, Schneider and HPL,Elmeasure. Note: (a) The contractor would be responsible from removing the existing meter, noting down the reading and depositing it with the MES. (b) It would be possible to run the meter in both prepaid and postpaid mode. (c) The meters would carry 5 year warranty and necessary manufacturer warranty certificate should be submit before claiming of RAR by the contractor

Material and labour for maintainance free environment friendly earth electrode set comprising of 17.2mm dia, 3 mtrs long rod of low carbon steel molecular copper bounded for a thickness of 250 micro OHMS, highly conductive ANSI/NSF STD-60 certified carbon bound backfill compound which shall set like concrete according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 (each bag shall contain 50 lbs) including FRP earthpit chamber cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
