Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI pipe. Removing of long rails and short rails from charpoy and re-threading of long rails/short rails which broken. Re-fixing in position and tightening of loose check nuts, elbows rails, legs etc. i.e. complete charpoy and supplying and fixing the plywood BWR type BB of size 2000mm x900mm,12mm thick and providing 03 Nos MS flat iron 40mmx4mm thick. The ply wood and flat iron shall be fixed to GI pipe with self-drilling screw 5.5mmx55mm (06 Nos on long rails and 04 Nos on short rails with suitable washers. Each flat Iron shall be fixed to plywood from bottom side with 02 Nos screws of suitable size and length as approved by GE by drilling the holes in flat irons complete all as specified. The exposed surface of flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Black over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The modification will be carried out as per sample of charpoy GI Ply Top kept in Furniture Yard of GE NAMS
M&L for removal of old/unserviceable GI Check nut of 32mm dia and supply and fixing of GI check nut of 32mm ISI marked in position and also tightening of all component (Complete Charpoy). Complete all as specified and directed.
Removing of old/broken threaded long rail from charpoy GI and supply & fix new long rail made of GI tubing 32mm bore (Medium grade) (ISI marked) Complete all as specified and directed.
Removal of old/broken threaded short rail and fixing short rail made from old long rail obtained from item No 4 above duly threaded both ends complete all as specified and directed.
Removal of old/broken threaded leg from charpoy GI and fixing of leg made from old short rail obtained from item No 5 above (with cap on bottom and two Nos of clamp each welded) duly threaded one end complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for replacement of old/unserviceable GI Elbow of 32mm dia bore 3 way with new GI Elbow of 32mm bore 3 way ISI marked (Weight of Elbow not less than 450 Gms) in position and also tightening of all component of Charpoy complete all as specified and directed.
