Providing designation 75B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes royalty, all complete, as per building specification and direction of E/I. do....do....All comp. As per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in retaining wall , return wall, wall(any thichness) including attched pilasters, columns, piers, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, olain window sill, fillets, sunken floor etc, up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:1.5:3 (cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomonal size)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, proping etc and removing of form for foundation, abutment all complete as per building specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with clean coarse sand of F.M 1.5 and punning including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs edgings etc as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering shuttering comlete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) :3 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) the all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing reinforcement (Round bar confirming to I.S 432 dia in mm)(I.S.2062 Gr A of of 10 mm. & 12 mm dia rods as per approved design and drawing with cutting , bending, and bending with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing rods in position (excluding carriage of bars to work site ) all complete as per buildind specification and direcification and direction of E/I. (10 mm dia (TMT coil Fe 500) (only vilid for Tata (Tiscon), SAIL, JSPL, Electrosttel Steel Ltd. Bokaro and Vizag (RINL)
