Retile terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by reusing dismantled tile or bricks after cleaning and making tile servicalbe for reuse, dismantling mud phaska will be paid seperatly and cleaning the! mother slab propoerly (75mm old earth and 25mm new earth) afteri performing water proofing treatment which will be paid seperately. Laying;10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to Slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with! bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay: 1 cow dung) and covered with flat brick tile, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat including replacing unserviceable tiles, or bricks with new ones (the cost of the new tiles/bricks and mud included)! all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge(NS).

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coare sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design.In 75x75 mm deep chase(12.21.1)

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cmcement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarsesand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and makingand finishing the outlet complete.(12.22)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / simılar nserviceable, dismantled ori waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by!Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads inciuding all lifts involved.(15.60)

Providing and Fixing Water proofing treatment with (MAK polypiast regular: grade 2104 or equivalent) 1mm thk weighing 1.75 kg/sgm with oue coat ofl bitumen 85/25 @1.20 kg/sqm fixing polyplast over laps sealed with flame ofi blown bitumen and another ccat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20kg/sqm overi the polyplast sheet including cost of sealing the overlap 10cm width complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(NS)

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead(15.26)
