Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement – four sand – eight broken stone) using Hard broken granite stone jelly of 40 mm gauge for foundation leveling course, standard specifications and Including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site, laying concrete and curing etc.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or tar steel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, blinding, welding etc. including cost of MS or RTS rod and binding wire, all labour and materials complete

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 mix (One cement one and half sand three aggregate) using 20mm ISS gauge HBBG metal from the approved quarry including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying Fabricting,erection structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the deportmental officers etc,complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing MS grill to doors windows and ventilators etc. as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill and labour charges including one coat of red oxide and fixing in position etc. complete

Providing Gravel filling including cost and conveyance of Gravel from approved quarry to work site and stacking to departmental gauge for pre measurement including labour for spreading etc., complete.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanized iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (One cement two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBBG metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Finishing the top of floor with Granolithic Finish with CC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand & four HBG jelly) using chips of grade 10 mm and below for 25mm thickness and rubbed smooth etc, complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Supply and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter With ISI Make of Approved Size and Section andusing 18 G.I. Sheet Shutter Shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and rate is inclusive of hood cover transportion charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Painting two coats with best synthetic enamel paint of approved Colour for new iron works the rate is inclusive of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification(paint should be got approved by the Departmental Engineer befor use on work.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathedCu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator). Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x l00 x for open PVC plug point.inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for PVC Plug Point (SD-36)

Wiring with 2X 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113mm TW switch box and 15A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable color with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for concealed Power plug point ( SD-38)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'x18w crystal glass LED Tube light with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. (SD-88)
