Annual Maintenance and Upkeep of Archaeological Garden at Shivdol, Bishnudol and Devidol Temple Complex, Sivasagar, as enumerated for the year 2026-27 as on required basis.

The provision has been made for Complete maintenance of the following entire garden features as per generally acceptable standard yardstick in the entire garden area i.e. to include lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & Lawn mower and Brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.)and as per direction of the officer in-charge(13529X9)

The provision has been made Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn / Garden area in five times in a year and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin / designated place, as per direction of officer-in-charge(All T&P, materials / articles shall be provided by the contractor.). Towards the provision for Consumable Article s(Bamboo broom with Stick 5 to 6 ft height, medium size Bamboo Basket, full size bamboo, Jute Hassion Cloths, Nylon rope, G.I. Wire, Wooden handle, Brush Cutter Wire etc.) for day to day use in the garden as per actual requirements @3000/Acre/Annum based required items & on local prevailing market rate, which is fixed as per norms. The provision has been made for Good Earth to fill up the depression of lawns and add in flower beds, dot plants etc. @0.003 cumt/Sqm/ Annum.

The provision has been made for different varieties of seeds/saplings for seasonal beds (two seasons: Summer & Winter)as per requirement of the garden

The provision has been made for different species of plants saplings required for replacement of casualties and plantation of trees, flowering shrubs, hedges and ground covers etc. as per direction of the higher authority

The provision has been made for Plant Protection [email protected]/-per Acre/Annum. The rate is @1000/Acre/Annum based required items & on local prevailing market rate, which is fixed as per norms
