Dismantling of single-layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern class 'AA', interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.02 above but except tiles.

M&L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type 1:2:4, B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs/ paddings or mud stops or bedding for tiles etc chamfered at edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface preparation of concrete/terrace surfaces by mechanical means to remove dust, dirt, laitance, loose/scaly material, etc., and making good minor defects with polymer modified repair mortar incorporating SBR latex (SmartCare Repair Polymer or equivalent approved), complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing and laying 1.5 mm thick, heat-weldable, scrim reinforced Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membrane (Asian Paints SmartCare TPO Membrane or equivalent approved), conforming to EN 1849-2, with properties including elongation at break > 15% (EN 12311-2), hydrostatic pressure resistance 6 hrs @ 5 bar (EN 1928 – Method B), tearing strength > 300 N (EN 12310-2), puncture resistance > 700 (DIN 16726-5.12) and tensile strength > 1100 N/5 cm (EN 12311-2); including jointing by double seam hot-air welding machine, detailing with hand welding tools, forming all laps/overlaps, and terminating on vertical upstands minimum 300 mm above FFL using termination bar, mechanical fasteners and PU sealant, complete in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications/product data sheets, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface preparation including removal and cleaning of dirt, dust, laitance, etc., using wire brush/grinding and water-jet cleaning, allowing the surface to dry; opening cracks (if any) in V/U shape using electrically operated cutting tools; cleaning the surface thoroughly with wire brush and air blower to remove loose particles; and treating/filling cracks with approved crack filler, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying waterproofing treatment on roof/terrace/chajjas/sunken portions of WC/bathroom etc., with PU based single-component elastomeric polyurethane coating having elongation > 400% and tensile strength > 1.5 MPa (ASTM D 2370), applied in two coats @ 1.8 kg/sqm to achieve minimum DFT 1.0 mm, including epoxy primer @ 150 g/sqm and protection with 50 gsm geo-textile over the membrane; including coving at junctions, bore packing and all other connected works, complete as per standard technical specifications and manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of Smart care damp proof of Asian Paints on walls by roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof 33% dilution of Asian paints including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling & coving with smart care repair mortar (wherever required), filling of crack filler with smart care crack filler of Asian Paints (wherever required) complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed. Make: Asian Paints Smart care Damp proof/ Dr. FIXIT/ STP Ltd or equivalent

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain or corrugated steel sheets of any thickness in roofing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins rail and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form works.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 1% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions whichever is higher, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered / decorated wall surfaces applying two coats of Acrylic Emulsion exterior grade, weather proof antifungal Paint over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding upto 9m height and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc., all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall 110mm bore

S&F 100mm dia PVC (SWR) bend all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius for 100 mm bore provided with access door all as specified and directed

Dismantling of PVC water storage tank of capacity exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Draining out water from service tank of capacity not exceeding 500 litres, located on roof of the building, and cleaning/desilting the tank by removing accumulated sludge/dirt/scales from bottom and sides, including cleaning the mouths of circulating pipes; thereafter disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder so as to make the tank bacteria-free; and stencilling the date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground as “CLEANED ON (DATE)”, height of letters 100 mm, complete all as specified and as directed
