Taking out with proper shut down by disconnecting all the electrical connections, dismantling the unserviceable 3 Ph induction motor 75/ 100 KW/HP alongwith Vertical terbine pump set , four stage (BHR 28-18) (installed at Jackwell) from the base plate,column pipe and shifting the same to approved workshop for repair/rewinding. Dismantling the motor, rotor ,shaft, slip rings,carbon brush assembly etc carefully. cutting and removing the old heated up/burnt winding of the stater /rotor, cleaning the slots and replacement of brunt spare parts and reassembling the motor including transportation back the same after rewinding and reassembling, all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. Note:- (a) Rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (b) Motor shall be dismantled at workshop and its winding cut shall be made in presence of authorised MES rep. (c) Labour for fixing of any type Spare parts will be included. (e) Major Spare parts such as bearing, shaft, winding required for the repair will be measured and paid separately. (f) The contractor shall reinstall/make the UNSV motor serviceable within one week after loadging of complaint either by handing over the written complaint/ any means of tele messaging services , failing which a penelity @ Rs. 5000/- per day of delay will be charged from the contractor. (g) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, grease, nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskit, washers insulating materials i.e varnish, cotton tape insulating paper and soldering of any size and shape duly functional and testing at its original location/position complete. (h) After repair of motor One Year guarantee will be borned by the Contractor.

Note:- (a) Pump shall be dismantled at workshop in presence of authorised MES rep. (b) The rate includes the labour for fixing of any type Spare parts will be included. (b) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be included the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, grease, nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskit and washers etc of any size and shape duly. (c) Major Spare parts will be measured and paid separately. (d) the rate includes refixing the pumps in its original positioin, testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) The contractor shall reinstall/make the UNSV Pump set serviceable within one week after loadging of complaint either by handing over the written complaint/ any means of tele messaging services , failing which a penelity @ Rs. 5000/- per day of delay will be charged from the contractor. (f) After repair of the pump set One Year guarantee will be borned by the Contractor.

M&L for cleaning of over head tank /under ground sump by scraping/removing all funges, scales, dust, sludge etc from inside of the over head tank and depositing the same to a distance exc 50 mtrs and n.exc. 100 mtrs including washing the walls & bottom of the over head tank with water and disinfection chemical such as bleaching powder etc and writing date of cleaning, Capacity of tank, CA No with synthetic enamel black/white paint complete for 150000 gallons capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Near Filter plant)

Taking down air comperssor set with motor and Rewinding the motor rotor with super enamelled copper winding wire/strip as per existing size and truns etc including all the insulating materials i.e varnish, cotton tape insulating paper and soldering, grease, nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskit,washers etc of any size are incl for motor capacity 30 HP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- (a) Winding cut shall be made in presence of rep of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by Ref of EIC. (b) Rewinding wire of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (c) The motor shall be squerrel cage induction/slipring induction motor.

Taking out unserviceable motor shifting to workshop and dismantalling, cutting of burnt windings and rewinding with supper enameled copper winding wire as per existing size and truns etc including all the insulating materials ie. varnish, cotton,tape, insulating paper and soldering, grease, nuts, bolts,pins, rubber gaskit,washers etc of capacity below 5 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, incl. reassembling, reinstalling at original location or including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Winding cut shall be made in presence of Rep of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by the Rep of EIC. (b) Rewinding wire of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (c) The motor shall be squerrel cage induction/slipring induction motor.

Rewinding the motor stater with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size and gauge and truns etc including all the insulating materials i.e varnish with suppr high quality of cotton tape, insulating paper and other misc items of motor any capacity (vertical terbine/ centrifugal/induction) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:-

S&F in replacement of 100 HP Motor bearing DE/NDE 6318-C3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of 75 HP Motor bearing DE6314 C3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable existing chlorination dozing spare parts from dozing plant and repair/replacement of the unserviceable spare parts as per existing type and size like NRV, suction/delivery pipes of existing length and type/size with fixing arrangement, motor required, filter for making dozing system functional and testing and commissioing including disposing off all unserviceable taken out parts / components complete all as specified and as directed

Supply of Cooling fan blade for Induction motor of capacity 50 to 100 HP same as per the present type and size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the Blower of 1200 RPM, 8.5 CFM, 30 HP and type and make carefully dismantling it with commected motor complete for servicing by cleaning the bearing/bush by cleaining solution and replacing the unserviceable items like bearing, Nut Bolt& washer,Greasing of bearing etc., assembling Blower and refixing in the original place connection and testing complete all well as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Chagre.

Supply and fix Non Return Valve of 125 MM, PN 1.6 NRV along with nut, bolt, washer and rubber gas kit complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Non Return Valve of 150 MM, PN 1.6 NRV along with nut, bolt, washer and rubber gas kit complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the valve with the help of crane/triport, repairing and refixing NRV 300 mm by replacing its old rubber/leather with new sheet as per present shape, size and type, gaskit, nut ,bolt, washer,breazing,welding,lathe work etc required to repair valve complete.

Taking out sludge/foreign material//silt/vegetation/mud from filter bed tank at tawi filter plant (into two parts) including taking down old muddy unserviceable media filter and provide new filter media ie gravels,sand media etc as required and dewatering the residual water and cleanings the walls with the help of blade/scrapper/wire brush, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed out side the defence area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud from the square clear water UG sumps capacity 12 Lakh gallons (in two part) dewatering the residual water and cleaning the wall with help of blade/scrapper/wire brush, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge/foreign material//silt/vegetation/mud from the clarifloculator tanks circular type capacity 1.5 Lakh gallon and cleaning the walls with wire brush/blade/ scrapper, preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material complete and depositing where directed out side defence land as and when required basis complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud from the pre-sedimentation tank of capacity 1.5 lakh gallon and cleaning the wall tile with cleaning agent including removing the sludge/silt/foreign material and depositing where directed out side defence land as and when required basis complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out sludge/foreign material/silt/vegetation/mud from the back wash chamber (Jack well) and cleaning the wall tiles with cleaning agent including removing silt/sludge and depositing where directed out side defence land as and when required basis complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The works to be carried out in parts as at least one supply of water is to be restored per day and the contractor will arrange all type of T&P such as suction pump, wire brush, castic soda, tools & plants for destroy/dispose of mud and sludge etc. Hence tenderes are required to quote their rates accordingly after site visit.

M&L for structural work fabricated from structural , steel section including nut,bolts,washers including cutting/ welding in any position, any shape and drilling hole for bolts in any size and shape as per site requirement or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide and one finish coatof synthetic enamel black paint complete all as per specified and directed.

Taking out/ lifting defective submersible pump set capacity 12.5 to 15 HP motor from bore well including motor, column pipes, steel rope, submersible cable and accessories etc for its further repair all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Lowering only submersible pump set along with motor, column pipes, steel rope, submersible cable and accessories etc after repairing including testing commissioning of submersible pump set of 20000 GPH capacity 12.5 to 15 HP motor. Note: All spares required to make the motor, pumps, column pipe etc serviceable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items as supply only including transportation to & from upto contractor workshop

Rewinding of submersible motor, 12.5 to 15 H.P. 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volt with PVC insulated / coated copper winding wire of existing gauge with other winding material such as insulating paper, sleeves, bamboo stick etc. as per standard manufacturers specification including cleaning of stator, slots replacement of defective parts and testing complete all as directed . Note :- (a) Winding cut shall be made in presence of Rep of EIC and reassembling shall be done after inspection by the rep of EIC. Taking out of chlorine gas cylinder along with gasses from Tawi filtration plant/AD Bde area at Dhar road (laying at site/connected with chlroination plant) and transport to nearest chemical workshop for empity the chlorine gases from the cylinder and again deposited empty cylinder to MES Store yard at Dhar Road all as specified and directed. Note - 1. It is intimated that safety of equipments during taking out of chlorine gas cylinder for transportation is of contractor. 2. Any ) Lifting of filled/semifilled chlorine gas cylinder from the GE (Army) Dhar road and its safe transportation to the neutralization center/workshop will be responsibility of contractor, any accident/mishappning occured during the taking out/transportatio of the cylinder contractor will be responsible. 3. Certificate/undertaking of empty cylinder from the workshop duly signed by contractro i.e "No chlorine Gas is residual in the Cylinder is the Cylinder" may please be submitted.
