EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exceeding 1.0 km but not exceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

CONCRETE WORK
Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately.
Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed block and like including necessary form work and finishing surface fair finish complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work if any complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
WOOD WORK
Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including overhangs, etc. for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND IRON WORK
Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, tank cover, drain covers made of angle, channel, bars and sheets etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, drilling holes in existing walls/slabs and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 kg/sqm welded to steel sections at any position complete all as specified and as directed.
ROOF COVERING WORK
Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
Cleaning of roof slab/chajja with sweeping with brooms, removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for roof top surface for roof treatment using application of water proofing treatment by authorised applicator complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the followings:- (a) Preparation of roof top surfaces and cleaning all the dust and loose material by brush/blower/grinder including removing of vegetation/plantation from the surface and providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co-elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having sun reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. (b) All cracks up to 3 mm at corner joints, channel and parapets shall be treated with crack seal. (c) Applying three coats including one coat of primer of polyurathane membrane having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats of polyurathane membrane @ total consumption 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%.
(d) The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note : 6 Hrs interval between two coat shall be maintained). (e) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Notes :- (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) Checking the roof slab by any method as per standard engineering practice till total elimination of leakage /seepage / dampness shall be removed by the method as per manufacturers instructions. (iii) Necessary scaffolding, props, support wherever required deemed to be included in quoted rates as the work shall be executed at height varrying from 10-20 mtrs
Material and labour for roof treatment on roof slab as mentioned below complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Brushing roof surface with neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.00kg of cement per Sqm after cleaning the concrete surface. (b) Average 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate padding and finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Laying 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on PCC padding with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as per manufacturer's instructions of APP membrane. (d) Application of APP modified membrane (minimum 3mm thick) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlaps 100mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer's instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @ 250 gm/sqm.
(e) Membrane shall be taken upto height of minimum 300mm through a fillet of 75mmx75mm and shall be inserted inside a groove cut in the parapet and fixed. If the height of parapet is 300mm or less then membrane shall be taken till top of the parapet and finished after covering the top surface of the parapet. (f) For RCC inverted beam the whole beam shall be covered with membrane irrespective of the depth. (g) In case of roof projection, the membrane shall be taken 50mm on the reverse side of roof projection at the edges. (h) Necessary scaffolding, props, support wherever required shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates as the work shall be executed at height varying from 10-20 mtrs and nothing extra on this account shall be payable.
FLOOR FINISHES WORK
Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in paving /hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.
PLASTERING AND POINTING WORK
Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls, chajjas, facia and projected surfaces etc. and mixed with WPC @ 3% wt of cement (when specifically ordered in writing) in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seperately.
Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two layers with backing coat 10mm thick and second coat 5mm thick with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seperately.
Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
WHITE WASHING, COLOUR WASHING AND DISTEMPERING WORK
Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement based paint over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.
PAINTING WORK
Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint by brushing @0.20 Kg/sqm for two coats on APP membrane surface complete all as specified and as directed.
WATER SUPPLY, PLUMBING AND SANITARY APPLIANCES WORK
Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position as in walls ceiling floors etc bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position as in walls ceiling floors etc. bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing 20 mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls, celling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing 15 mm dia galvanized steel tubing, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls, celling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing in repair stop valves 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy type, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing 20mm dia gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing UPVC (SWR) pipe (SCH-40) of 150 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing 500 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball PTMT, valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed minimum weight 210 grams complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing 1000 litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore ball PTMT, valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed minimum weight 210 gram complete all as specified and as directed.
DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING WORK
Demolition of cement concrete of any type description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work including separation, scraping, cleaning of reinforcement and removal complete all as specified and as directed.
Complete taking down/demolition carefully any type of existing roof treatment i.e. mud puska, brick coba, brick tiles, any type of tiles, PCC, plastering, leeping etc. of any type and thickness varying from 20mm to 125mm in roofs including cleaning the surface after removal (removing the rubbish) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The removal of debris shall be measured separately in respected item of BOQ.
Dismantling of existing water tank (PVC/RCC/AC) exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Dismantled water tank shall become the contractor's property as Schedule of Credit.
Dismantling of existing water tank (PVC/RCC/AC) exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Dismantled water tank shall become the contractors property as Schedule of Credit.
Dismantling of cast iron (SWR) drain pipe 150mm jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down wall plastering on brick wall/concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store yard of bore 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store yard of bore 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
