Name of the work : 1. Strengthening of the Road From Amarapoondi to Ayakudi-Porulur Road Via Nellukuthuparai Km 0/0-2/4 H/O Amarapoondi (R-105) Estimate amount : Rs.158.98 Lakhs

A. Construction work Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking the existing worn out BT surface hard gneiss, granite,quartz metal 50mm to 100mm thick and repacking the metal to bring the existing surface to camber including leveling and sectioning as indicated by the departmental officer including labour charges for picking tools and equipments employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying bituminous Macadam with hout mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed using bitumious binder, transported to site upto lead of 100m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achive the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and Laying Gravel Soling to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Dry fixing 0.90m dia NP3 Hume pipe at Ch 800m

Earth work excavation & Depositing on bank with Initial lead of 10m and lift & 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton hard red earth shales, murram, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulder and in hard gravelly soils per SS 20B Including all other incidental charges such as slurring strutting, baling out water forming, protective bunds etc., complete for foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of 0.90m dia NP3 hume pipe with including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Provision for Km stone, Hm stone,Guardstone,Name board, Logo board and Cautionary sign boards etc.
