Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer like Birla white excel or equivalent , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth with scaffolding all complete as per instruction of EIC.

Painting with PU enamel paint (Two coats) of approved brand and manufacture like Berger, Asian or equivalent of required colour to give an even shade to prepare the surface i.e removing old paint, rusting, debris etc by mechanical brushing, a scuffing pad, cleaning, even and smooth over recommended zinc chromate priming coat one coat applied with scaffolding all complete as per instruction of EIC.
