Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster or stone / brick wall, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work / stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar in CM (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on other than fair faces of stone masonary surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note -:WPC measured and paid separately.

M & L for rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9.00 above but in skirting over 10mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab, 20-25mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 as in floors, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing with mirror polish complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab in skirting / steps / risers of reqd size, 20 to 25mm thick & including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4 as in floors, laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing with mirror polish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polishing on existing granite/Kota stone/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window -cills, cooking platforms and like pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including rounding to edges of stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors / pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment coloured, reflective type of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor in foundations inclding watering and consolidation complete.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type c1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in kerbs stone (100mm thick) or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete fixed in position & set in CM (1:4) incl necessary excavation required & removal of spoil to a distance exc 50 m all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/path with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection/flooring etc. finished fair & even laid in alternative bays n. exc 2M in length and joints filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for newly plastered surfaces of wall and two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement based primer on plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for newly rough cast plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE :- ASIAN / APEX / BERGER (Weather coat all guard)

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including 1mm thick finished coat of white wall care white putty (JK/Birla), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets, Suply & Fixing false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 5-8mm thick PVC wall cladding hollow cored and a tongue and grooved edge fixed with screw incl required PVC cleat at edges and at corner complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, grating cooler stands, water tank staging etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
