SPECIAL REPAIR OF E/M INFRASTRUCTURE OF SMQ AREA OF HQ WAC AT SUBROTO PARK UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK, DELHI CANTT-10

Taking down old MS cross arms, supports, etc from four pole structure by removing nuts, bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old HT cables carefully after disconnecting the cable from two pole/ four pole structure for reconnecting the same in RMU /Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling old four pole structure and taking down the existing transformer carefully and safely with the help of crane, chainpully, etc. & installation of the transformer on newly constructed PCC platform with roller & stopper, etc removing of old poles outside Subroto Park complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Two Nos. of four pole to be removed and only one number of transformer to be removed and installed on new PCC platform).

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type (IP54) RMU dust and vermin proof, with locking arrangement, duly powder coated, totally enclosed, free standing floor mounting type, compartment based type one side-extendable 3-way Ring Main Unit floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 3 nos. fixed type motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker (2 Incoming & 1 Outgoing) with additional BUS PT metering module. All live parts, bus bars,VCBs connections of RMU should be enclosed in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure (2 mm thick, SS304 grade) one tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200.The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal kits suitable for 1Cx300sqmm Cable, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Bushings bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar .The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. RMU, Breaker & VI Shall be of same make for easy maintenance. Make of RMU: ABB, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER INFRA. (RMU shall be manufactured by OEM itself & not by the franchise / license partner ) Each VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKER of RMU 630A VCB module for making & breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Switch of full making capacity-1 Nos. Motor operated 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker having spring stored mechanism. Three position disconnector/earthing switch downstream vacuum circuit-breaker. Three position single spring mechanism for disconnector/earthing switch “Live Cable” LED Indicators thru Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings. Short time breaking current - 21KA/ 3 sec Making Capacity - 52.5KA

Excavating in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sq mtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance upto 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
