SCH 'A' PART X (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

Supply and fixing hazard division symbol double sided board of size 1500 x 1500 mm by using double legged informatory sign board fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe, boards of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISOX made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- (i) The computerized cut AVERY DENNINSON sheet shall be fixed with suitable adhesive to alco bond/ aluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint to standard make, fixed to structural steel frame work of MS pipe of size 35 x 35mm square pipe with nuts, bolt/rivets ensuring safety against removal of plates. (ii) The lettering shall be computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) and mechanically fixed on this board of Green/Blue colour or required color. Then these two separate boards shall be fixed back to back on single frame to two vertical posts of 50mm square pipe 2.5 mtr long to be painted in black and white alternative bands of 25cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect. (iii) This board on single frame shall be embedded in PCC 1:4:8, type D2 of required size including necessary excavation in post hole all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing double legged informatory sign board single side of size 1200 x 1200 mm, fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe, board of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNINSON) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of fire point with permanent specification made out by CGI sheet on angle iron trusses support on angle iron post with brick plinth etc., excavation and earthwork, painting to steelwork, white wash to plinth etc. complete all as shown in drawing No. CE(AF)/NGP/TD/68/2006 sheet No. 1/1, complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm as main cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor on wall and surface wiring on ceiling / roof with necessary fixing arrangements using approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked, drawn through ISI Marked (IS 9537 Part II) ERW stove enamelled rigid steel conduit suitable for wiring, not less than 20mm dia with all MS conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc, and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Flame proof accessories shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) One switch will control 4 Nos FP LED light fitting. (iii) 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured as 1 unit .

Supply & Fixing flame proof weather proof threaded type junction box LM 6 aluminum alloy 3 to 4 way with closing plug complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing flame proof weather proof LM6 union for 20 mm dia conduit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing flame proof weather proof LM6 socket for 20 mm dia conduit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Flame proof switch /isolator cast iron body 16A single pole ON/OFF, 240 volts LM-6 (rotary type) certified by CMRI and confirming to IS 2148 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing CMRI certified LED Flameproof well glass luminaries 60W with LM 6 aluminum alloy lamp housing, heat resistant and toughened glass, cover hinges cover with neoprene gasket, painted MS bar guard, epoxy finish provided with built in control gear box complete with all accessories internally prewired & eye bolt for suspension, IP65 Protection and including fixing light fitting on wall/ roof and making all electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing weather proof flame proof with IP55 sheet metal enclosure for DB SPN 8 way 240A - 200A rated bus bar certified by CMRI Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM-6 construction with cable entries at bottom consisting of DB with one 16A, 10KA MCB SPN as incomer and MCB SP 6 A, 10KA -06Nos as outgoing including flameproof cable gland & lugs at bottom side etc. including making connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanized iron earth plate of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI wire 4 mm dia at two points soldered and riveted to earth plate, GI earth strip protected by using 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe, watering pipe GI 20 mm dia medium grade 2.5 mtr long with funnel, wire mesh etc. necessary earth/brick work and PCC work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre, chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate

RCC pit cover 50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80 mm C/C both way in lieu of CI pit cover and angle iron frame, flame funnel wire mesh, testing on completion all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part-1 2009 complete all specified and as directed. Note:- Quantity of GI strip & protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and fixing burnt clay brick work with sub class B bricks for cable protection and bricks laid flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Cutting/Demolition of PCC/Hard Standing Plinth Protection/WBM Road not exceeding 20 cm in width and not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e. bitumen/PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated LT panel board, outdoor type, floor mounted, cubical design type, with locking arrangement, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet as per IS & IP protection IP 54, CPRI approved, with bus bar compartments and including aluminium bus bars, four strips colour coded for each phase of rating 100 Amps for phase and neutral, mounted on hygroscopic / epoxy coated insulators and necessary copper stranded conductor control wiring, cable gland etc. compartmental MCB, mounted on angle iron frame anti rust painted 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm of height 0.60 m above ground level and 0.6 m below ground level totally enclosed & completely weather, dust and vermin proof,

cable in/out holes, suitable for three phase 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, cable glands duly powder coated panel, PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary earthwork & excavation etc. and comprising of the following items with all clearance as per IE rule complete all as specified and as directed :-

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

Material and labour for forming embankments including raising(or lowering) earth (moorum/ red bajri obtained from outside MD land), spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller and finishing to required size, shape and height n.exc. 1.50 M complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granular sub base (GSB) 200mm thick Compacted and conforming to the grading given in Table 400-1 and physical requirement given in Table 400-2, Grading Zone III and IV in Table 400-1 as per MORT&H specification and laid in two layers (each layer of 100mm compacted thickness) by using shingle or gravel spread, rolled and consolidated to a gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150mm WMM in two layers (each layer of 75mm) conforming to the grading given in Table 400-13 and physical requirement as per Table 400-12, spread with mechanical means and rolled using 8-10 Tonne vibratory power roller over compacted sub grade surface as specified in clause 406.3.5 on page 134-135 MORT&H specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing precast concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as kerb stone of size 45cm x 20cm x 25cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 600mm dia double RCC hume pipe culvert for 7.5m span road using NP2 class pipe complete all as shown in TD No. CE(AF)/NGP/2004/TD/50 complete all as specified and as directed.

FIRE BREAK

Material and labour for 150mm thick PCC M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring using tremix vacuum dewatering method including all necessary equipments for finishing the floor using tremix method complete all as specified and as directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION

Supply and fixing ready made type PVC Junction box IP 65 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm having shutter & lifting knob with provision of earthing strip entry glands and fixing the box on wall/poles with suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Post insulator epoxy LV type suitable for holding aluminium AT rod 12 mm dia fixed on stand post including screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC block of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm in 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with duly grouted MS bolt of suitable size to fix the Al strip with nuts & washers for AL AT rod stand post on roof including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with GI mild steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground veritcally (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and earth plate connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipment etc. at other end, earth strip encased in and

including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fitting from top of electrode to the body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 4mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including GI pipe medium grade for watering from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode including GI funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 in cement concrete 40mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Quantity of GI strip/ protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.

STATIC DISCHARGE

Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 3 mm thick, burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper or brass connected to earth test point including watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm bore light grade GI Pipe protection pipe up to 7.5 Mtr from earth strip complete with wire mesh, funnel, necessary excavtion and earth work in any type of soil/ strata, PCC chamber in 1:3:6 type C1, 550mmx550mmx50mm including CI cover 10 mm thick hinged to CI frame, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and all as specified and or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- (a) Quantity of copper strip/ protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately. (b) On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance < 5 ohms is not obtained, earthing shall be rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

Supply & Fixing Post insulator epoxy LV type suitable for copper strip 20 x 3 mm lightening conductor fixed on wall / roof / pole including screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Insulator spacing shall be 0.8 to 1.2 Mtr

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for drilling of trial bore in any type of soil strata including rock/stone/boulder perfectly vertical 200 mm bore hole for 200 metre depth by DTH method or any other approved method including formation of sample collection and discharge of water, shifting, transportation of material and equipment and preparation extra complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- (a) Development of trial bore well alongwith other connected works shall be executed only if adequate water bearing strata is encountered during the drilling of trial bore otherwise the part of the tender shall be deemed as foreclosed only after completion of above item. (b) Decision of the Accepting Officer in regard to above shall be final and binding on the contractor and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained in this regard. (c) The above quantities are for one bore well.

Material and labour for development of trial bore by reaming in step of 250 mm to 350 mm, reaming upto 675 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 350 mm dia and thickness 5.4 mm and pea gravel complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/lowering MS casing pipe class B 200 mm dia 5.4 mm thick duly ISI marked in random length of 4 to 7 metre plain end pipe jointed and welded with coupler ring continuously welded throughout the circumference of the pipe complete on both sides all as specified for the tube well assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing/lowering MS casing pipe slotted class B 200 mm dia 5.4 mm thick duly ISI marked, able to bear 20 Kgf/Sq cm, in random length of 4 to 7 metre plain end pipe jointed and welded with coupler ring continuously throughout the circumference of the pipe complete on both sides all as specified for the tube well assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for MS welded well cap of size 300 mm dia, 6 mm thickness and similar to casing pipe including welding with iron/flat iron to casing pipe, last piece left above ground including iron handle, necessary nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for collection of water samples, testing and submission of report for chemical and bacteriological analysis duly comparative with potability complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for conducting yield test of tube well by operating the pump set continuously for a period of 16 hours and measuring the discharge and draw down of tube well at a suitable time interval including cost of energy, cost of installation of suitable measuring device and hire charges of pumping set of suitable capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible electrical driven pump set of discharge capacity 500 LPM at 76 metre head, multi stage, outlet size 50 mm bore with suitable motor AC, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz and including electrical connection, electrical submersible cable (length and size as per requirement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump collector in sheet enclosure for motor output 15 HP at 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase with relay range 13-22 Amp and MU-G15 fully automatic star delta starter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cast iron double orifice kinetic air release valve suitable for 100 mm CI pipeline as per IS 14845 in PN 1.0 type DK including all necessary earthwork and accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for valve chamber 900 x 600 x 1000 mm (internal) with fly ash brick masonry 230 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation 75 mm thick finished fair and even, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping 150 mm thick on top of brick wall for fixing chamber cover, 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plaster on exposed surfaces of brick wall (both internal and external), MS cover 3 mm thick including MS angle iron 40x40x6 mm size frame fixed to PCC coping with same size of angle iron hold fast and with necessary handle and locking arrangement, metal surfaces duly painted with black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the masonry/concrete surface with 3 coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS reducer, bail plug, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamp, electric lobbing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of road for laying of GI pipe, depth not less than 1.2 metre from the ground level and width not less than 1 metre including refilling of excavated soil and making good the road with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of top with width 30 cm to level the existing road complete all as specified and as directed.
