Dam Rehabilitation and Improvement Project works to East Varahapallam Weir

Clearing scrub jungle with uprooting and disposing of the same as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works as per technical specification including cost of labour charges etc., complete.

Cutting and volume stacking of wind fallen tree (Hard and Medium wood) along the road side as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge at site and as per the requirement of forest department including cost of labour , hire charges etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing Brick / RR masonry wall complying with standard specifications including transporting the debris away from the site cost of all labour , hire charges etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing RCC Concrete complying with standard specifications. Including transporting the debris away from the site ,cost of all labour , hire charges etc., complete.

Removing and scrapping the deposited earth, wind fallen leaves, vegetation growth over the road surface and disposed away form the site with initial lead of 10 M and initial lift of 2 m with standard specifications and as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge at site including cost of labour, hire charges etc., complete.

Cleaning of chocked culverts across the existing road at different chainage including upstream side barrel portion, downstream side , cleaning , disposal of debris away from site ,including cost of labour , lead, lift, etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shale, murram gravel, stoney earth & earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil and depositing the earth in the places shown by the Engineer with initial lead of 10 M and initial lift of 2 m etc., complete for existing approach road side , culvert side wall , protection wall and approach steps etc., complete, complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials , lead and lift, labour charges etc., complete.

Refilling with earth including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including ,placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface for pipe culvert and protection wall as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge and complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials , lead and lift, labour charges etc., complete.

Providing and placing in position of Plain Cement Concrete1:2:4 for retaining wall in the existing approach road using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm & 20 mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer, including shuttering charges, placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge and complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials ,lead and lift, labour charges etc., complete.
