Disconnecting of the suction/delivery lines of the centrifugal / Submersible / monoblock pump set including pulley, coupling connected to the motor and removing the pump set from its location, opening up, carrying out complete overhauling of the pump set and replacing defective/worn out parts, packing kit, greasing, re-assembling, placing back the pump set in its original location and connecting back of suction/delivery lines, coupling, pulley, re-alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pump sets: NOTES: (i) Spares like bronze impeller, bearing, bush, bronze casing ring, gland plate of stuffing box shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Old material obtained from replacement shall be contractor's property as per Schedule of credit given in tender. (iii) Make and model as per existing one.

Disconnecting/ dismantling 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycles electrical motor from the monoblock pump set (electrically and mechanically) from its location and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding of motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enameled copper winding wire using proper Garware insulating paper, insulating with Class I varnish, and oven drying for requisite insulation values, reassembling the motor completely and bringing back to its original location, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replace gland rope, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spares of pump, fixing back in position, connecting back electrically and mechanically with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pump sets: NOTES: (i) Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' upto 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above. (ii) Spares like bronze impeller, bearing, bush, bronze casing ring, gland plate shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ as supply only. (ii) Old material obtained from replacement shall be contractor's property as per Schedule of credit given in tender. (iii) Make and model as per existing one.

Note for item No-72 to 76:- (a) The break down complaint shall be attended with in 2hrs after the intimation of Engr-in-charge or concern JEE/ M by telephonically /verbally / by writing (c) Not attending of complaint with in two hours after intimation shall lead to recovery from subsequent payment in the following manner :- (i) Attending within 2 to 4 Hours - Rs. 2000.00. (ii) Attending within 4 to 6 Hours- Rs. 4000.00 (iii) Attending within 6 to 8 Hours- Rs. 8000.00.
