Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ON-Grid Rooftop Solar Power Plant at 31 nos ST Residential Schools Location in Kalaburgi, Yadgir, Bidar, Raichur, Bellary, Koppal & Vijaynagar District of Kalyan karnataka Region. under KKRDB CDQ (TSP) for the year 2024-25

3.2.a) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five year period i.e. from 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26. (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of Electrical engineering works only) of: i.e., Rs. 1676.45 Lakhs with UDIN Number certified by Chartered Accountant, If Failed to Satisfy the condition tender will be rejected. Note: The returns submitted to the I.T. along with the Profit and Loss account statement, Balance sheet should be uploaded for the financial turnover criteria.

3.2.b) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five year period i.e. from 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26. (b) Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one single similar work, Such as SITC of Roof Top Solar Grid Power System Works of Value not less than: Rs.419.12 Lakhs. The work done certificate should be in the prescribe format KW-4 Section 3: Qualification information clause 1.3

3.2.c ) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. from 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 (c) Executed in any one year, during last five years the following minimum quantities of work. (1) SITC of 30kw 3 Phase grid tie inverter -25 nos. (2) SITC Solar PV Panel of 550Wp above -1042 nos. (3) Supplying fixing of Solar Panel Mounting GI Structure -25 Set. (4) SITC of Solar Grid System - 744 Kwp.

Maximum Electrical of Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turn over of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27)

As per the Govr Order No: FD 263 EXP-12/2022 Bangelore Dated: 11.05.2022 as per condition no 3 relaxation of machinery upto Rs. 300.00 Lakhs i.e. KW-3 & KW-4...( 1 ) Earth Resistance Tester: 4 Nos (2 Nos own/ 2 Nos lease).( 2 ) Multi Meter: 10 Nos (5 Nos own/ 5 Nos lease).( 3 ) Tonge Tester: 20 Nos (10 Nos own/ 10 Nos lease).( 4 ) Hydraulic Crippling Tools: 10 Nos (5 Nos own/ 5 Nos lease).( 5 ) Drilling Machines: 10 Nos (5 Nos own/ 5 Nos lease).

Qualification and experience of the key technical and Management personnel in permanent employment with the Tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this work, if work is awarded.

The tenderer as prime contractor should be Solar PV Modules manufacturer / MNRE Channel Partner / Solar System integrator with Valid Registation of Establishment Certificate along with Udyam registration Certificate / Incorporation Certificate with Udyam registration Certificate and should have suitable technical, financial & management capabilities.

The tenders must be accompanied credit line/ letter of credit/ certificate from bank for meeting the requirement of not less than Rs. 279.40 Lakhs.

Report on the financial standing of the Tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors report for the last five years.

The proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment, duly supported with broad calculations and quality control procedures proposed to be adopted, justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion.

Value at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 09 months(Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27, (Month wise commitment shall be furnished).

The bidder shall have an established service centre in Kalyan Karnataka Region. The bidder shall ensure attendance to breakdown complaints within 24 hours and restoration within 72 hours. Ensure uniinterrupted Power Generation throughout Warranty / DLP period & during maintenance period. Necessary registers for having attended the complaints with satisfactory report from user department shall be maintained.
