Repairs to Damage Concrete in ceiling Sqm (Beam/Slab/Columns) by following method :- (a) Providing temporary and adequate support by properly designing, staging and shuttering consisting of tubular steel cucalyplus props (100mm dia. ) from the floor. (b) Removing damaged, loose, spalled and friable concrete by wire brushing, scraping etc. exposing rusted reinforcement till sound core concrete is reached. (c) Cleaning rusty reinforcement suitable by wire brushing scraping or other mechanical means as approved by the Engineer - in - charge. (d)Welding lapping additional reinforcement at locations where 30% or more area of existing reinforcement has been lost as per direction of the Engineer - in -charge. (e) Apply two coats of POLYMER MODIFIED ANTI CORROSIVE COATING of any of the following makes SIKA TOP ARMATEC 108 or COLUSAL MK + COLUSAL 25 or ANTICOR or Armour Crete Marinc coating or any chemical similar to the generic name underlined above. The name of chemical to be used in the work and manufacturers instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. SIKA TOP ARMATECH - 10S Approx. average 3.5kg to 4kg/m2 of reinforcement area. (f) Applying over well prepared concrete surface cement slurry suitable admixed with POLYMAR MODIFIED BONDING AGENT of any of the following makes SIKA LATEX OR ZENTRIFIX HB + NAFUFILL BB2 or BOND - X or any other chemical similar to the generic name underlined. The name of chemical to be used in the work and manufacturers instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. SIKA India Pvt. Ltd. The dosage as per manufacturers instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. SIKA LATEX WATER CEMENT= 1:4:6. (g) While compound coat is still tacky repairing area by applying cement, sand mortar 1:3 or cement concrete (1:1.5:3) admix with suitable SUPPER PLASTICIZER such as PLASTROCRETE PLUS or ZENTRAMENT FB2 or PERMACRETE or SUPA PLAST or any other chemical similar to the generic name underlined above. The name of chemical to be used in the work and manufacturers instructions in his printed Catalogue i.e. SIKA India Pvt. Ltd. The dosage as per manufacturers instructions in his printed catalogue i.e. PLASTROCRETE PLUS of 02.% where thickness of repair is less than 12mm, repairing will be done by above mentioned mortar. Where thickness of repair is more than 12mm and upto 25mm, repair will be done using above mentioned concrete. Where thickness is even more, the surface will be repaired by concrete in layers of min 25mm thickness each. Finally exposed concrete surface to be made smooth and good finished by cement and mortar.
