Operation & maintenance of substation / Power House equipment i/c 11KV HT panel, Transformers, LT panels, AMF panels, Diesel Generators, pumps and other related works by deputing required manpower, tools & tackles as per special condition of contract to attend the compliants / faults / breakdown by taking rectification action, preventive maintenance including maintenance record, documentations to ensure serviceability / satisfactory working of complete electrical & mechanical systems round the clock in three shift including sundays & holidays etc. as per tender conditions.

Providing 01 no. highly skilled supervisor for monitoring of all type air-conditioning system like HVAC, VRF, VRV, Split AC, Tower AC etc., drinking water facilities like water fountain, water cooler etc. of Pune Airport including liaison with different departments of AAI, OEMs etc. including proper documentation, regular update of all kinds of faults etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance contract of (CMC) of ventilation, exhaust system of Pune Airport power house situated at basement having supply air from evaporative air cooler of make Keruilai, model KT30B through duct and exhaust system through duct, 12.5 HP blower motor with canvass connection including inspection by expert manpower, rewinding of motor, repalcement of worn out defective parts/spares, consumables, tools & tackles, ladder, scaffolding, monitoring performance of system, speed, vibration, attending unlimited breakdown/complaint in minimum possible time etc. complete as required.

Inspection servicing overhauling repair testing setting of existing 11 KV switchgear having 06 Nos. 800A rating VCB by the OEM or their authorised service providers as per OEM's standard recommendations, practices including providing all conumables, submitting test reports, complete checking & testing of all control wiring, attending unlimited breakdown, complaint call & ensure serviceability etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Inspection servicing overhauling repair testing setting of existing 1.1 KV grade upto 2500 Amps rating LT Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) of different makes like ABB, L&T, Schneider, Siemens etc. by any OEM of LTACB or their authorised service provider as per OEM's standard recommendations, practices including providing all conumables, submitting test reports, complete checking & testing of all control wiring, attending unlimited breakdown, complaint call & ensure serviceability etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Calibration of various types of electromagenetic /static /numerical relays installed in existing 11 KV VCB panels, LT panels by secondary current injection method including inspection, servicing, testing, repairs, settings, tripping test of circuit breaker, secondary circuit checking, rectification (if required), attending unlimited breakdown, complaint and submission of test reports as per standard practice and direction of Engeneer-In-Charge. 02 or 03 overcurrent + 01 earth fault relay

Inspection and maintenance of 1500 KVA Dry type 11 KV/433 volt Distribution transformers by OEM or their authorised service providers as per OEM's standard recommendations, practices including cleaning by vacuume cleaner / blower, tightnings of HV and LV side cable terminals, control connections, earth connections, checking and testing of all protective, field protection relays connected with the transformer, insulation resistance checking, attending unlimited breakdown, complaint call, submission of report etc. complete as per direction of Engeneer-In-Charge.

Replacement including supply of front cover of LT air circuit breaker of different makes like ABB, Schneider, L&T, Siemens etc. suitable for site .

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of following coils suitable for existing unserviceable LT ACB of different make like ABB, L&T, Schneider, Siemens etc. to make it serviceable upto the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Chargeas as when required. Closing coil

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of 400A rating following model contactor suitable for the site including wiring, interconnection, all required retrofitting accessories etc. to ensure smooth operation of the associated switchgear up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and dismantling of the existing contactor, shifting it to AAI store etc. complete as required. Replacement testing commissioning including supply of 10 HP, 10m-24.5m head range, 2130 LPM- 840 LPM discharge capacity, 415V 3-ph 50Hz dewatering pump with driving motor, impeller, coupler, starter panel etc. including suitable foundation on MS angle frame, connection with existing suction and discharge line by providing required reducers, flanges, gaskets, nuts, bolts, interconnection etc. and dismantling of existing pump, shifting it to AAI store complete as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Replacement testing commissioning including supply of 5 HP, 10m-18m head range, 17 LPS- 3.5 LPS discharge capacity, 415V 3-ph 50Hz dewatering pump with driving motor, impeller, coupler, starter panel etc. including suitable foundation on MS angle frame, connection with existing suction and discharge line by providing required reducers, flanges, gaskets, nuts, bolts, interconnection etc. and dismantling of existing pump, shifting it to AAI store complete as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Kirloskar, Model: SP-3L+M or equivalent.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of 3 HP, 9m-23m head range, 9 LPS- 2 LPS discharge capacity, 415V 3-ph 50Hz dewatering pump with driving motor, impeller, coupler, starter panel etc. including suitable foundation on MS angle frame, connection with existing suction and discharge line by providing required reducers, flanges, gaskets, nuts, bolts, interconnection etc. and dismantling of existing pump, shifting it to AAI store complete as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Kirloskar, Model: SP-2HM or equivalent.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of 2HP 1-ph 230V 50Hz dewatering submerssible pump including connection, discharge pipe line of suitable size etc. complete as required. Make: KSB, Model: AMAPORTER503 SE or equivalent.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of 1-ph 230V 50Hz min. 40LPM diesel transfer fuel pump with suction and discharge pipe lines, connection etc. and dismantling of existing pump, shifting it to AAI store complete as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of Red / Yellow / Green / Orange / Blue / White coloured exising indicating lamps with new universal voltage (24 to 240 V AC/DC) LED indicating lamps installed at different panels including connection etc. complete as per site requirements.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of following digital meter by replacing existing meter including connection, making suitable cutout and/or fixing metal blanking plate if necessary etc. complete as required as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Replacement testing commissioning including supply of extended rotating mechanism of different make, rating MCCB as and when required including panel cutting & making hole (if required), screw, nut etc. to ensure smooth operation of the MCCB under closed condition of the panel door complete as required.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of suitable type TNC (Trip-Nutral-Close) handle (2 trip + 2close) in existing LT, HT panel including wiring, expert manpower, tools etc. to operate the ACB/VCB through the TNC handle complete as required.

Replacement setting testing commissioning including supply of 800SQ-A-230 analog time switches etc. complete as required.

Replacement laying including supply of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed following size aluminium conductor , armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS- 7098 ( Part-I) with up to date ammendements etc. complete as & when required & directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 4 C x 25 sq.mm.

Fabrication and supply of stainless steel board with suitable SS stand of overall height of 4 ft (approx.) showing encrypted message in black color "WORK IN PROGRESS, SORRY FOR INCONVINIENCE" or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including transportation etc. complete as required.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of DOL starter for 3-ph 5HP dewatering pump motor set including connection, fixing on wall with screws, nuts, washer etc. complete as required and dismantling of existing starter, shifting it to AAI store.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of Star-Delta starter for 3-ph 12.5HP dewatering pump motor set including connection, fixing on wall with screws, nuts, washer etc. complete as required and dismantling of existing starter, shifting it to AAI store.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of Panel cooling fans of reputed make working on 230V 50 Hz AC supply, having durablility & long life as and when required up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement testing commissioning including supply of 750mm sweep, 1500 rpm appx heavy duty air circulator Pedestal Fans (wall/floor mounted) working on 230V 50 Hz AC supply as and when required up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Calibration of various types of Current Tranformers/Potential transformers installed in existing 11 KV VCB panels, LT panels by primary current/voltage injection method including inspection, servicing, testing, repairs, settings, polarity testing, insulation testing, rectification (if required), attending unlimited breakdown, complaint and submission of test reports as per standard practice and direction of Engeneer-In-Charge.

Carrying out Fogging/spray treatment for mosquitoes/pests in power house through mechanical fogging methods as & when directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Annual maintenance of NASU Make CCRs (2 Nos. 7.5 KW, 2 Nos. 4 KW) i/c repairing of defective CCRs by identifying the fault, repairing of defective PCB's and other components and service the same, i/c calibration of CCRs and complete checking, servicing on as & when required basis by carrying out OEM Visit & submission of necessary reports etc. (1 Visit includes servicing & repair of all 4 Nos. CCRs)
