Removing existing fixtures and fittings and keeping is safe custody like signages, handrailin, corner guards, light fixtures and installing the same in its original conditions and replacing the same if damaged during the removing and refixing as per site conditons complete as directed and instructed.

Providing the Fire rated steel doors of approved make with following specification .Steel door shutter of 45mm thick fully flush, double skin door shell with seamless welding joint all around manufactured from 0.8mm thick G.I. sheet with reinforcement of steel C channel all around the edges of shutter for additional protection. Door frame is produced from 1.2mm G.I. sheet formed to single rebate profile of size 100mm x 57mm (+/- 0.3mm) with a maximum bending radius of 1.2mm. Inclusive of Door Fixtures D handle, Door closer, Lock, etc. The agney shall submitt Ceritificate and approved vendor from Fire Dept Govy of Maharashtra.

FURNITURE

Providing & fixing counter top 750mm wide and 750mm high Counter top should be 18 mm thick plywood with 3mm thick veneer sheet-with veneer polish /6 mm waterproof MDF sheet- with PU paint of approved colour with rounded corners and bull nose / half round chamfer at the front edge; over 18mm thick ply and all the inside surfaces of ply board to be covered with matching shade laminate and edge covered with teakwood edge banding/PU Paint. All wooden banding and veneer surfaces to be finished with PU paint/ Veneer Polish. The under-structure shall be made of Solid wood with matching 1mm laminate. Key Board Tray on heavy duty telescopic channels; Foot rest and CPU stand etc. accessories included. All joinery to be done with SS screws.

Providing and fixing in position Movable Pedestal units shall be made out of 18 mm thick plywood covered with 1.0 mm thick laminate on outside and 0.8mm thick matching laminate on inside including drawers of table. The drawers should be mounted on the heavy duty telescopic channels. Out of total 3 drawers one unit should be used for filing and two drawers shall be utility box drawers. The size of pedestal unit shall be 450 mm W x 450 mm D x 680 mm H. The fascia of these drawers shall be made out of 18 mm thick Ply covered both side with 1mm laminate with edge bending; with locking arrangement of 6 levers inbuilt branded lock system with key in duplicate. The drawer unit is provided with central locking system, where in the three drawers are locked with one key.

Providing and fixing in position 600mm deep wooden Cupboards / wardrobes of required size made of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters. 12 mm thick BWP ply in drawer unit and 6mm thick BWP ply of approved make at back of cupboard / wardrobe as per drawing. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8 mm thick laminate shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces of cabinet. Back side of cabinet shall be finished 1mm thick laminate finish, wooden lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws , fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, tower bolts, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing of low height storage cabinate having 400mm. depth of is to finished with1.0mm th. laminates as per design of approved shadea and the inner surface is finished with laminate of 1mm thick with as per design The work should be completed according to drawing and design including all labour and materials. made out of 19mm th. commercial ply the exposed surface shall be finished of laminate as per design and draiwng complete as directed and instructed.

FLOORING

Providing and fixing of approved make and shade Anti Static Vinyl flooring of 2mm thick 100% recycled PVC flexible, homogeneous conductive calendared compacted floor covering, minimum weight 3120 g/m2 in minimum sheet of size 2mtrs. x 20 mtrs. approved pattern & colour combination with PUR Protect or equivalent surface treatment having wear minimum resistance of = 4.0mm3 as per EN 660.2 and wear group Group P as per EN-649 and should have a minimum residual indentation of <0.03mm confirming to EN-433. The laid flooring should have non- directional design, colour dyed as a raw mixture to ensure even colour throughout the thickness and its surface should be densely compacted for improving wear and ease of maintenance with Anti-bacterial and Fungicidal properties. The laid flooring shall confirms the fire rating B1 class as per EN 13501-1. The floor finish should terminate at the room perimeter passing over a concealed cove former and continuing up the wall for 100mm. The joints in the flooring should be sealed by using a PVC welding bar of matching colour to be supplied by the manufacturer, using a hot air gun for fusion of welding bar with flooring and provide necessary cowin at required places.
