Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 metres in ground floor including roof. Up to 150 mm thick

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directedwithin a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars.

Dismantling all types of masonery exception cement concrete plain or reinforced stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 metres in ground floor including roof.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 150 mm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, as per relevent IS codes. With pakur variety stone chips.

12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) .

Ordinary Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, as per relevent IS codes. With local hard black stone variety chips. With Pakur variety stone chips.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm. to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level. ( For Tor steel).

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with (1:6) sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directedand racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating. Nosing and drip course as necessary at ground floor 15 mm thick (1:6) proportion. , 20 mm. thick plaster.

(b) with (1:3) cement mortar , 10 mm. thick plaster.

Grey artificial stone in floor, dado,staircase etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 laid in panels as directed with 3.25 mm. neat cement finishing at top and including rounding off corners. 35 mm thick artificial stone flooring.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado,floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.

MS structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (Joist 125 mm x 75 mm section)conforming to IS : 226, IS : 808 & SP (6) 1964 etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing approved qulity asbestos cement down pipe in position with necessary clamps, nails including making holes in wall, floor etc. and and cutting trenches etc. if necessary and mending good damages including jointing materials complete.(i) 76.2 mm dia .

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel / oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. On steel surface (super gloss). Two coats (with any shade except white).

M.S. gate as per approved design made of strong M.S.frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles. M.S. sheet (not less than 14 gauge) gussets, cleats etc.including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangement.

Supplying 1.5 mm thick MS sheet fitted and fixed on one or both face of MS/WI gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150 mm apart complete in all respect as per design including cost of all labour and materials.

Supplying ,fitting and fixing windows and ventilators with or without integrated grills conforming to IS 1038-1975 and manufctured fom rolled steel sections conforming to IS 7452-1974 with nonfriction projecting type, box type hinges, glazing clips, lugs locking bracket, handle, plate etc. complete.(b) Openable steel window as per sizes with side hung shutter and without integrated grill.

MS integrated grill as per approved design integrated with steel window or ventilator, joints continuously welded with MS flats and bars.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC in ground floor (a) One coat i) Ground Floor

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In ground floor (Two Coats) (a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion.

Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturer's specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface. Two Coats at ground floor

Supplying 1 m x 0.6 m x 24 swg MS sign board as directed by EIC. The board should have base colour - Black and words - White to be fitted and fixed on the wall of the pump house.

Meter loop connection with 1.1 K.V. 3.5 core 25 Sq mm copper armoured Cable from Meter to incomming TPN Main Switch Terminal.

Fitting & fixing of Pump Controller (15 HP to 20 HP capacity) of size 950 mm x 1000 mm x 450 mm over iron legs (600 mm height) on floor with 150 mm thick Cement Concrete (4:2:1) block and making necessary connection with the electrical cables as per direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 250 X 350 X 25 mm mm size wooden board for fixing electrical equipments..

Supplying and fixing sheet steel 240 V ,15/16 A, DP Standard main switch of approved make on flat iron frame on wall 240 V DP with fuse on L & N as per direction and good damages to wall.

Main line Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR ' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire of size 2 x 2.5 sq mm + 1 x 1.5 sq mm in 25 mm PVC Casing Caping including necessary PVC clips, fittings etc.

Supplying and fixing angular batten holder (Anchor) or 75 mm dia PVC round block/ round bakelite on wall /ceiling.

Supplying & fitting 200 mm × 300 mm. E.I. danger board on wall surface.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Laying of P.V.C. pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve / straight line using P.V.C. fittings, viz. Bend, Tee, Reducer etc. and making leak-proof joints with couplers after roughening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipes, fittings and solvent cement to be supplied by Deptt.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 140 mm. dia

Ordinary Cement concrete (Mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(d) WithPakur variety chips.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm. to 37.5 mm. thick wooden shuttering.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bend bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking, bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 1.626 mm (16 SWG) black annealed wire at every inter section complete as per drawing and direction including cost of wire upto 1st floor level. Brick work with Ist class brick in cement mortar (1 : 6) .

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel / oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. Two coats (super gloss except white)

Labour charges for fitting, fixing 110 mm dia valve with 110 mm dia class-II UPVC riser pipe with the help of FTP (flanged tail piece) by joining the PVC/ACP end of the tail piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of tail piece and valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete. (Rate inclusive of transportation from departmental store to work site).

Testing of pipe line system against leakage by filling the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line net work for atleast 4 (Four) hours including hiring and transport of suitable generstor , pump , tools and plants, fuel and lubricants and installation of the pump connecting the same with pipe line network making necessary electrical connection and dismantling all these after completion of test all complete as per direction of Engineer -In -Charge.

Add GST for hole work value @ 18% or as applicable as per Govt. rule.

Add Labour well fare Cess @1% of work Value except Supply of materials
