Sofa three seater (Branded):- Taking out unserviceable tapestry/fabric cloth including replacement form cushion etc from sofa three seater(one large piece) TP and S & F new tapestry /fabric cloth incl cushion etc as required , matching with the exesting shape and size complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings. (Note :Cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 350/- per meter)

Cabinet filling steel :-

Taking out unserviceable locks from Cabinet filling steel and S&F of new locks of existing shape & size with duplicate keys as approve by GE complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for preparation of cabinet filling steel by cleaning the dirt with abrasive cloth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG /Grey, internally & externally complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Book Case steel Glazed (FD 1028 &TP)

Taking out unserviceable glass from Book case steel glazed and S&F of new glass to door of book case steel glazed .Rest all as per drg complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Taking out unserviceable locks from book case steel glazed Godrej and S & F of new locks of existing shape & size with duplicate keys as approve by GE complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for preparation of book case steel glazed Godrej by cleaning the dirt with abrasive cloth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG /Grey, internally & externally complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Chair Steel with writing pad and cushion seat and back (TP:-

Taking out unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat & back of chair Chair steel with writing pad and cushion seat and back and S&F new tapestry cloth of approved quality & shade including replacement of foam cushion and plywood etc complete complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Taking out unserviceable PVC writing pad from chair steel with writing pad and cushion seat and back and S & F new PVC writing pad matching with the existing shape and size of approved quality complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for Painting of chair steel with writing pad and cushion seat and back with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint after preparing of surfaces by scraping abrasive cloth of chair steel with writing pad and cushion seat and back complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Working stool adjustable: -

Taking out unserviceable leatherized sheet with cushion from seat & back of working stool adjustable and S&F new leatherized sheet with cushion for seat & back of working stool adjustable approved quality & shade and welding of broken frame of working stool adjustable as and where required complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for Painting of working stool adjustable with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing of surfaces by scraping with adhsice cloth of working stool adjustable complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Charpoy Folding IP with hard top

Taking out old unserviceable existing ply wood top and S & F of new 12mm thick commercial ply wood in two pieces BWR grade of same shape and size rest all as per drg including welding of broken frame of charpoy IP folding as and where required complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for painting with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint after preparing of surfaces by scraping with abrasive cloth complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Bed Hard with ply top (6'x3')

Taking out old unserviceable existing ply wood top and S & F of new 12mm thick commercial ply top BWR grade of same shape and size rest all as per drg including welding of broken frame complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for painting of bed hard with ply top with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint after preparing of surfaces by scraping with abrasive cloth complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Taking out unserviceable rubber shoes from Bed hard with ply top and S & F new rubber shoes of best quality matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Table Bed Side steel

Taking out old unsevicable components of table bed side as and where required from table bed side and S & F new components of existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings for following components :-

Sides made of 18 mm thick veneered teak face particle board exterior grade

Top made of 18 mm thick veeneared teak face particle board exterior grade with 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet on top

Bottom made of 18 mm thick veneered teak wood particle board, exterior grade

Back ply 6 mm thick plywood, BWR grade, commercial type

S & F new brass knob best quality as per drg.

Taking out old unserviceable drawer of table bed side steel and S&F of new drawer to be made of 12 mm thick, well seasoned sheesham wood planks and 6 mm thick commercial ply at bottom of drawers complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Taking out unserviceable rubber shoes from table bed side steel and S & F new rubber shoes of best quality matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for painting of table bed side steel with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint(black) after preparing of surfaces by scraping with abrasive cloth of table bed side steel complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Shoe Rack Steel

Taking out old unserviceable Shelves from shoe Rack steel and S&F of new Shelves of exesting shape and complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for welding of broken frame of shoe Rack steel as and where required complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Rack side steel 3/4 spaces

Taking down existing unserviceable shelves of Rack side steel 3/4 spaces and S&F of new shelves made of 1mm thick mild steel of existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for preparation of Rack side steel 3/4 spaces by cleaning the dirt with abrasive cloth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, internally & externally complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

PVC Chair with arm moulded multy seater (Set of four)

Taking out the old existing unserviceable following parts of PVC Chair with arm moulded multy seater(set of four ) and S & F new parts of the same complete with the help of approprirate nuts, bolts and washers and complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

Taking out old U/S top from table 1520 mm x 860 mm x 760 mm and S & F of new top 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board exterior grade and providing with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top of table complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.

M & L for preparation of old/new wooden exposed surfaces by way of scrapping, rubbing, cleaning & applying one coat of high class French polish till glossy finish achieved complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawings.
