Dismantling of posts or struts (wood,Steel or RCC) including taking out embedded portion demolition of PCC if any and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) type C2, in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L mild steel work i.e. flat iron forpost and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 10 mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer exc 10 cm width /girth on new steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer not exc 10 cm width /girth on new steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only chain link fencing galvanised mild steel hot dipped of any dia of mesh size 75mmx75mm any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note :- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as directed by GE and payment shall be paid accordingly .BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.)

Fixing only of chain link fencing including above galvanised mild steel to any type of standard rails vision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal/ square nut not exceeding 12mm dia 75 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or RCC work in parapet including all , pillars etc and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius in cm 1:6 etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note : Supply only water proofing compound rate already included in the rate)

M&L for prepration of New plastered External wall surface and applying two coat cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings angle,tee etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; (square or round bar)barred iron doors,wicket gates and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 and hung as gates, including pintel hinges, stops, hand mde sliding bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Note :(i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
