Widening and strengthening of Patti Sirhali Road to ATTSH (NH-54) Road via Pringri Nabipur in Assembly Constituency Patti District Tarn Taran Length 14.00 Km

Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 Excavation with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting trimming bottom with side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including all lifts and combined lead up to 60 mtr.

Compacting of earth work & preparation of sub grade including loosening and leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering rolling with a road roller and compacting the bed to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specification.

Making 50 mm x 50 mm furrows 45 degree to the center line of the road and at one meter interval in the existing bituminous wearing coarse including sweeping and disposal of excavated material within 1000 meters lead complete as per technical (Full surface area will be measured for payment).

Providing & laying of Brick on end edging 6.83cm wide, 11.11cm long and 22.86 cm high half brick deep including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth upto 50mtr. Complete as per Punjab PWD specifications.

Construction of embankment with earth obtained from roadway cutting or excavation including spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications.

Construction of Shoulder with good quality earth obtained from borrow pits including compensation of earth, loading, unloading, carriage to site of work, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per technical clause 3003 of MORT&H specifications.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing material as per grading-III (Table 400-I of MORT&H 5th revision), mixing in a mechnical mix plant at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading I to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading II to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical specifications.

Providing and laying surface dressing in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder V.G.-10 @ 1Kg per sqm laid on prepared surface after cleaning the road surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller complete as per technical clause 509 of MORT&H specifications.
