SCHEDULE 'A' (PART -I)

Repairing and servicing of rolling shutters including taking down (excluding lath profile) and removal of worn out components such as ball bearing, helical wire spring, lock plate, shafts rods, locks and straightening of existing guide channels, hood cover etc as required including cutting, welding, greasing for smooth functioning and Re-fixing the rolling shutters in the same position after carrying out necessary repairs/replace worn out components, greasing etc. for the area n.exc 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- worn out/damaged parts shall be measured and paid seperately. The rates quoted by the Contractor is deemed to include necessary scaffolding & safety measures as required.

Description all as per item No 2 but area exc 10 Sqm but n.exc 20 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply only bearing wheel of rolling shutter, 75 mm dia suitable for the rolling shutter complete all as specified and directeded by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only gear set box for rolling shutter with both ways operatin system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only helical wire spring of 2 gauge of rolling shutter of dia 150mm and 55 cm long suitable for rolling shutter complets all as specified and directeded by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only lathe of 18 gauge for rolling shutter width 100mm to 150mm with groove for inter locking complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only hood cover of 20 gauge for rolling shutter 1.00 width including 30X30mmX6mm thick angles at both sides (Top and Bottom) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel pipe 40mm dia bore medium grade with necessary holes for shaft complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel pipe 50mm dia bore medium grade with necessary holes for shaft complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only safety lever locks mild steel with 4 lever for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of steel of any description and applying one coat of syntheic enemal paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles laid as a single layer on roofs including cement screed complete all specified and as directed.

Removal of existing APP memberane and bitumen coats on roof surfaces and removing from the site complete all specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof including removal of debris’s & laying low level area or outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cutting/uprooting of trees over RCC roof/ facia and after uprooting the area treated with PCC 1:2:4 and finished with adjoining surface etc complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of crack portion on roof slab by making of groove of minimum 5mm wide 'V' shape by using angle grooving machine fitted with diamond cutter to entire depth of crack and cleaning the grooves with wire brushing & compressed air blower etc; scrabbing down with water & well dried, after the crack portion filled with crack sealent of 'Dr Fixit 201 Crack-X paste' as per manufacturer's instructions ; preparing the surfaces repaired and matching the same with the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rate quoted deemed to inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required .

Material and labour PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 30 mm thick over roof slab padding using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately.

Material and labour for Roof treatment with 3mm thick APP modified waterproofing membrane weighing not less than 3kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including applying oil bound bitumen primer at 0.50 kg/Sqm and applying of one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over the membrane @ 1.20 kg / sqm and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plastering to be finished even smooth using WPC @3% per cement bag or manufacturing instruction complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kilogram / Square Metre over APP membrane on roof complete all specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compond complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hydraulically machine pressed burnt clay tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with coloured pigment to match colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thich screed bed with CM 1:6 mixed with WPC and ponited in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 litre, setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and hoistinng, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 1000 litre, setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and hoistinng, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed.

Taking down steel water tubing and connection 20mm dia including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of dia 20mm and connections in new or old position (walls,ceiling,floors,etc.,) complete all as directed specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel water tubing medium grade 20 mm bore including all necessary fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazo of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in two layer , 10mm thick in CM 1:6 over 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finish on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls including one coat of primer etc complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of cement based paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal and existing treatment on surfaces of walls/chajjas/roof slab edges etc in any position washing down with water and cleaning the surface from all loose dirt chalk grease fungi algal flakes etc and repair the cracks with cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of cement base paint overa a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for post construction anti treatment providing & injecting at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 lit/ hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for post construction anti treatment providing & injecting along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and as directed.
