Disconnecting HT & LT side cables of following indoor/ outdoor transformer and earth strip from body and neutral of transformer mounted on plinth base/two pole/four pole structure/staging and taking down the transformer manually/using mechanical, for overhauling and general maintenance of transformer with removing of top cover and draining out existing transformer oil, lifting of core, cleaning of oil tank, using chemicals, cleaning of core of capacity of transformer for 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of transformer bushing of HT side (set of 03) with porcelain, brass rod, bolts, washers and packing sheet suitable for 315 to 1600 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of transformer bushing of LT side (Set of 04) with porcelain, brass rod bolts washers and packing sheet suitable for 160 to 315 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil using centrifugal plant to eliminate foreign particles and to improve di-electric strength not less than 40 KV in 25mm electrode gap and to bring the acidity within the permissible limit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for preparation of existing painted external surface of transformer of 315 KVA and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing silica gel and providing new silica gel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air breather asembly with silica gel for transformer ranging from 100 KVA to 1600KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, jointing and testing cold shrinkable type, end termination cable jointing kit, outdoor type, suitable for 33/11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 120 to 300 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Raychem / M Seal / 3M.

Supplying, jointing and testing cold shrinkable type, end termination cable jointing kit, outdoor type, suitable for 33/11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE cable of size 50 ot 95 Sqmm including making connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Raychem / M Seal / 3M.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconecting electric supply and strip open/dismantling carefully the existing 11 KV (VCBs) Vaccum circuit Brekers carefully and equipment calibration testing segregating serviceble and unserviceable spare parts setting aside for re-use. After that regular servicing/ maintenance and rectification of error and equipment calibration testing of the HT panel comparising of protection and control wiring test, and indicating instrument, earthing, over current, short circuit, insulation resistance and heater etc, replacement of worn out wiring including bus bar insulation, applying protective kits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The new spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Relevent T&P and testing equipments/tools and minor accessories are arranged by the contractor and included in the unit rate of item. Make of VCB : Siemens
