REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF DG SETS AND ALLIED WORKS WORKS AT ZAKHAMA MILITARY STATION UNDER AGE(I) ZAKHAMA.

M&L for refilling of Engine oil of grade: SAE 15W-40(API CI-4 plus) and as per the capacity of engine model and as per manufacturers recommendation,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refilling of coolant of grade:heavy-duty ethylene glycol-based coolant(low silicate) and as per the capacity of engine model and as per manufacturers recommendation,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refilling of Ad Blue of quality standard must confirm to ISO 22241 and as per the capacity of engine model and as per manufacturers recommendation,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of FIP & governor unit upto 125 KVA DG set complete with dismantling, replacement of damaged components as required for smooth functioning and assembling including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Turbocharger suitable upto 125 KVA cummins DG set after rectification of fault including replacement of all spares parts as required and complete all as directed.

Dismantling self starter of DG set upto 125 KVA for repairing the starter, transporting to workshop, opening/disconnecting all internal connections, cleaning the same, taking out burnt armature, segrigation of serviceable parts for re-use, rewinding of armature with copper wire of existing size. Reassembling the same with replacement of following items and testing on completion for efficient functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge:- (a) Carbon brush 01 Set. M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 120 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down old unserviceable UG cable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Onload change over switch with SS enclosure of capacity 250 A, 415 Volts, 4 Pole from existing panel with necessary connections incl required accessories , complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs wall mounted Busbar chamber made of ETP grade copper of capacity 200Amps, 4way with suitable enclosure and connected accessories, clamps,MS stand with PCC if required, nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed. .Make -Havells, Cat No. IHBC020004 / L&T/Legrand/ABB

M&L for dismantling the unserviceable radiator for DG Set upto 125 kva DG capacity from engine, transportation to the workshop, repairing the tank/storage portion including necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and pumping Set including replacement of defective copper core and reassembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket Sets including refixing and testing for efficient functioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in reapirs MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 630 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA with necessary connections, lugs, thimbles, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in reapirs MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA with necessary connections, lugs, thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, PVC ventilating fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 250 mm sweep with louver shutter with frame and necessary fixing accessories , writing MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint 2 cm high in letter complete with necessary connection up including provision of three core copper flexible cable with flexible wire cover of plastic white in color and connection from ceiling rose to exhaust fan terminal etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Usha/Crompton/Bajaj/Havells Note : Old exhaust fan to be deposit to MES Store yard.

Supply and fix in repairs electric water heater, storage type PVC/steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old geyser to be deposited to MES store yard.

M&L for plate earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and connected to 20x3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of clamps, bolts, nuts and washer made of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board/ DBs etc. at the other, earth strip encased(protected) in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings from top of electrode to main switch board/ DBs etc fixed with and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including taking down of old one complete all as specified and directed.
