Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any size by disconnecting the wire and dismantaling blades and inculding the rates of carriage & transporting the same to contractors workshop for re-winding/painting of the same including refixing or depositing to E/M store yard as directed by Engr-in-Charge after repair, complte all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge. Note: - Parts /components replaced will be measured and paid separately under their respective items.

All as per Srl Item No-1 above here in before but for Exhuast/ wall mounted fan of any size/Make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Servising/oiling, greasing and overhauling of fans of any size/type at site by using appropriate grade of oil/ Grease and replacing deffective parts such as bush, bearing, split pin, rubber bush, hanging clamp, cpacitor including cleaning dust and removing old grease from fan motor bearing and applying new grease including reassembling for fixing the same complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Parts /components will be measured and paid separately under their respective items. (ii) Electrician with helper along with T&P and Ladder will be provided by the contractor and rate quoted are inclusive of same. (iii) Unserviceable items shall be the property of contractor as schedule of credit.

All as per item No. 3 above but for exhaust fan 300 to 450 mm sweep.

Rewinding of motor of AC ceiling fan, of any make/type and size (1200 mm sweep) with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per menufactures specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying and also including lubricating, reassembling of stater/rotor, connection & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Fan will be issued from AGE E/M store yard through gate pass after entering in ledger.

Rewinding of motor of AC ceiling fan, of any make/type and size (1400 mm sweep) with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per menufactures specification, including replacement of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, also including lubricating,reassembling of stater/rotor, connection & testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Fan will be issued from AGE E/M store yard through gate pass after entering in ledger.

Replacement of defective ball bearing for ceiling/table/pedestal/Air-circulators fan of any size (Bearing make/size SKF-6201/6202/ or equivalent make of NBC)

All as per item No 10 above but for exhaust fan any of size/make- SKF 6203/6204 or equivalent make of NBC)

Replacement of defective capacitor of size 2.5 mfd for any type of fans suitable for 250 V including making connection complete all as specified and directed.Make :- (USHA/Havells/Tibcon)

All as per item No 12 above but for 3.15 mfd

Replacement of rubber real of suitable size for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of gun metal bush suitable for any type/model/size of fans complete all as directed. Make: As per sample/ Existing.

PVC insulated twin twisted copper conductor cable 1100 V grade of size 24/.20 (0.75 Sqmm), fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer incharge.

Stepped type electronic fan regulator 60/100 watt flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. fixed in repair, as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge .

Modular electronic fan regulator, step type, two module 120 watt 230 volt and making all necessary connections, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of ceiling fans any make and size at site with one coat of superior quality synthetic enameled paint of approved make by spraying, filling cavities with filler after preparation of surface and writing letter as per existing with permanent marker 1" high on both side complete all as specified & directed.

Description all as per item No 20 above but exhaust fan of any size 225mm to 380mm sweep with smoke white or grey synathetic enamelled paintof superrior quality all as specified & directed.

Description all as per item No 20 here-in-before but for exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep ll as specified & directed.

Description all as per item No 20 but of wall mounted fan of up to 400mm size complete with stand all as specified and diretced

Replacement of MS nut & bolts anealed with two Nos of washer 8/10 mm dia and 40/65 mm long duly half threded and hole for split pin complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of PVC canopy suitable for 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed

Replacement PVC connector 4 way 6 Amps with connection screws, nuts complete all as specified and directed .

Replacement PVC clamps with fixing screws for holding capacitor of any type and size complete all as specified and directed .

S' type hook made of 12 mm dia MS round bar/MS flat strip 40x4 mm of appropriate size after taking out old rusted wornout hook, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Clamp for down rod of suitable size including gromet/reel type rubber pad with bolts, nuts and washers and split pin suitable for housing ceiling fan fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old, broken and rusted louver shutter of any size exhaust fan from wall for necessary replacement complete all as specified and directed

Louver shutter made of MS sheet metal / pressed steel sheet 1.2 mm thick for round base and 0.8 mm thick for flaps, comprising of mounting legs frames made of GI /pressed steel flat strips of size 25mm x 3mm includidng heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts of size 50 mm long 8 mm dia to be fixed on wall fater driling, and duly painted by two coat of synthatic enamelled paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhust fan up to 300 mm sweep

All as per item No. 31 above but for exhaust fan 380 / 450 mm sweep.

Replacement of ceiling fan blade set 1200 mm/1400mm sweep for ceiling fan of any make and model aero dyanamically balanced including screws for fixing with fan complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: BAJAJ/USHA/CG/SKN.

Replacement MS down rod heavy duty 15mm nominal dia 18"long duly painted in matching colour complete all as specified.

Replacement MS down rod heavy duty 15mm nominal dia 24"long duly painted in matching colour complete all as specified.

Replacement MS down rod heavy duty 15mm nominal dia 36"long duly painted in matching colour complete all as specified.

Replacement of rigid aluminium fan blade for exhaust of capacity 300/380/450mm including locking nut complete all as specified.As per sample/ existing.

Disconnection of electric and water connection and taking down carefully storage type electric water heaters ( Geysers ) of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs ( any Make/Modal ) from its existing position and (a) Inspection of Geysers for its seriviceabilty/ un servicieability, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Enrg-in-Charge will inspect the gyser for its serviceability/ unserviceability.

Opening, dismantling, brushing and cleaning of storage water tank of any capacity and size , removing all the sludge , scaling and bleaching from the tank and examining of any leakage of water and tightening of nuts, bolts including reassembling and refixing its own location complete and also including following (a) Check and connect earth continuity to electric water heater. (b) Cheking and adjusting of pressure realease valve (c) Check and Maitenance, setting of thermostate valve. (d) Visual examination of fusible plug. Note:- (i) Spare parts/components of Geysers, shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transport cost for carry out Geysers from site of work to workshop & vice versa shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (iii) Electrician with helper along with T&P and Ladder will be provided by the contractor for repairing & servicing etc for day to day complaints in PB ENCLAVE ASHOK VIHAR OLD MEDICAL COMPLEX CHNC AND COMPLETE ACCN UNDER THIS AOR

Replacement heating element of any size and any shape of capacity 1500 watt for electric water heater and making all Electrical connection as per site requirement all as specified and directed. Make:Theata/ venus.

All as per above Item Sl No-40 for electric water heater of capacity 2000 watts.

Rreplacement thermostat 240 Volts AC temperature adjustable suitable for 25 to 50 Ltr electric water heater and making electrical connection all as specified and directed.

Replacement indicator lamp assy red and green in colour any shape and size suitable for 25 to50 ltr electric water heater all as specified and directed.

Replacement connection pipe of stainless steel 304 grade hot or cold connection suitable for working temprature o not less than 90 degree centigrade complete with check nut and washer on both side ,size 450 mm and making connection to out let and inlet of electric water heater of 25 to 50 Ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

Replacement connection pipe of stainless steel 304 grade hot or cold connection suitable for working temprature o not less than 90 degree centigrade complete with check nut and washer on both side ,size 600 mm and making connection to out let and inlet of electric water heater of 25 to 50 Ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

Replacement inner shell ( inner tank) made out of stainless steel sheet 20 guage suitable for 25 /35 Ltr electric water heater in existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Item Sl No-46 do but 50 Ltr Electric water heater.

Replacement unsv outer body complete with Top and bottom cover, inspection plate of 25/35 Ltr electric water heater duly painted with super enamelled paint two coat over a red oxide steel primer, including taking down, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above Sl No-48 do but 50 Ltr electric water heater.

Taking down existing glass wool and supply and fix new superior quality glass wool in geysers any capacity i.e 25/50 Ltr electric water heater all as specified and directed.

Replacement inner base assy Chromium plated brass complete any shape and size with inlet, out let , thermostate slot, drain plug and clamp or bolts for fixing heating element as existing shape and size complete suitable for 25 Ltr electric water heater including taking down, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per above item Sl No-51 do but 50 Ltr electric water heater.

Taking down existing unsv copper flexible cable and supply and fix new 3 core copper flexible PVC insulated multistranded cable of size 4 Sqmm including making electrical connection to electric water heater and plug top MAKE: PLAZA/ INDO ASIAN/HAVELLS

Replacement 15 Amp plug top 3 pin including making electrical connection with existing cable complete MAKE: ANCHOR/ SSK/CRABTREE

Replacement metal clad top 2 pole and earth 20 Amp including making connection MAKE: HAVELLS/LEGRAND/L&T

Replacement fusible plug(PRV) in 25/35/50 Ltr capacity electric water heater in existing location complete and testing.

Replacement base assy gasket in 25/35/50 ltr capacity electric water heater in any shape and size all as specified and directed.

Taking down of electric water heater of 25/ 35 Ltr capacity of any make from the existing location by own arrangement of the contractor and cleaning entire body with wire brush and removing old paint and making surface smooth for repainting with super enamelled paint over a one coat of red oxide steel primer as per existing colour code and removing unwanted paint from glass and rubber items and refixing its own location complete.

All as per above item Sl No-58 do but 50 Ltr electric water heater.

Replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps "C" Curve 10kA, 240 volt capacity complete all as directed.

Replacement safety valve suitable for 25 Ltrs/50Ltrs capacity Gysers all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/Legrand/GEC.

Replacement self closing taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy , chro-mium plated ,screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as specified.

Replacement Stop valves 15mm dia, cast copper alloy fency type choromium plated screwed pressure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions and fixed all as specified.

Replacement fastner as per siite requirmement where is required all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Replacement non return valve 15mm dia pipe brass made ISI marked ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm/20mm bore with fitting and for cleaning including refixing /remove from the site all as specified and directed.

Cutting and threading complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and as per site requirment 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade screwed and socket joint complete with all fittings such as bend socket , tees elbow union berral nipple plug etc on walls and ceiling with necessary GI clamps etc. NOTE- The tenderer in his required tender shell include cost of scaffolding for fixing GI tubing in highrise bldg & multistoried bldg.

GI nipple double threaded including socket minimum 1" long, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Switch socket combination 2in 1,3pin and 15 Amp flush type universal, complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
